First of all it's not the most flattering of pictures, just a point, click, & shoot in rapid succession to get as many usable takes as possible, since of course they sell those to the rag mags. Dirty Scoundrels. Get a real job.

She is partially hunched over while stepping out of a car, and I'd be willing to bet you that her navel is well below the waist line of the skirt or pants that's she's wearing there.

Give her a break. Check out a Playboy if you really wanna check out nips and bits, better yet if you wanna see similar images open a VOGUE. She's obviously going to a function dressed as tres chic as possible. Of course she's aware that the cream top is fairly transparent. She's trying to achieve a runway type of look.

I think she looks great truthfully. Good for her. Like a breast or nipple peek is really that big a deal.
