Tobey Maguire -- Spider A-Hole

Tobey Maguire is really bugged by his web of fan.

TMZ spotted the grouchy "Spider-Man" star outside Il Sole on Saturday, where a Spidey enthusiast approached asking for a photograph with him. Instead of playing the hero and posing for pictures, Maguire pulled a venemous move and and slammed the door in the poor man's face. Perhaps he just didn't want to let flies inside.

A few weeks ago, Tobey was caught slapping the camera of a snapping photog.

Apparently, celebrity makes Maguire so agitated he could climb the walls. Bug spray, anyone?

31. Is that Alec Baldwin?

32. Oh, okay, he's getting into his car on the driver side of his car on Sunset Blvd. on Saturday night. Have any of you been on Sunset Blvd.? That wouldn't even be cool to stand in the traffic lane and sign that guys thing. That guy was being a pest. Plus, if you think that guy is just "some fan" who happened to cross paths with a celebrity, I'm sure you are wrong. There are professional autograph seekers, just like paparazzi. Why would TM stop to autograph for some 50 year old professional autograph seeker. It would just end up on ebay.

33. Maybe he was just having a bad week. Sure hes a public figure and we do contribute to his major paycheck However he is human and he isnt allowed much privacy (AND HE DESERVES IT) Frankly I love him as an actor and I dont think hes truely appreciated because hes been doing Spidey pictures for to long and that genre has A HUGE CULT FAN base(All he will ever be to them is Spidey). I wish he would make more films that showcased his acting abilty like Cider House Rules or Ride with the Devil both excellent movies. To be honest if I saw him on the street I would probably keep on walking without missing a step because hes off the clock and he deosnt owe me anything when hes off the clock

35. Dear Tobey,
In about 10 years you'll wish there were people trying to get your autograph because you'll be nobody. For the life of me, what is the attraction of Tobey? He's not attractive and lacks a personality.

36. Geez leave the guy alone....just because you make a movie doesn't give people the right to hound your every move. How lame are you to chase people with a camera anyway? TMZ?

37. Man, this dude is a douche bag! This is the second TMZ clip that has made me completely change my opinion of this questionably talented a-hole. How can a guy seemingly have it all yet be such a bitter jerk off?!

38. I am not a Toby fan, he does ok in the movies he has been in. I have to say though, In each video intrusion you have posted of him (and many others), we don’t see what happened before the event, we only see the event itself. How convenient for you to do this. The so called fan that you said Toby wouldn’t give an autograph and pose with, seemed to be a paparazzi to me asking for an autograph and picture (probably after hounding him to death). I have a great Idea for you guys, why even bother with showing the start.... why don’t you go back to your old ways of just writing what you want, don’t bother editing your video, so that it makes the actor you don’t seem to like look bad to us lemmings, just put a look alike in the video, and have him say what ever you want him too say.

39. This guy always reminds me of a typical moody nerd who's ego is out of control due to the fact that deep down he knows he's not much to look at , so the ego grows from the success of those spidey movies. Personally, I'm w/ a majority of the critics who said they thought spiderman 3 sucked ass, honestly it was just one long brainless kiddie movie. What a shame, cause there was the potential to make it much better, but the people in charge aimed at making the movie very dumbed-down, so every 4 year old would understand every bit of it and then ask mommy to take them to see it again and again (*money in the bank* -mission accomplished).

41. What a douche !

Why did he take a role that he had to know, would bring him Star Wars/ Star Trek like fame/fans.. ?

I can understand if he went off on the press that follows him, and stis outside his home, but going off on fans who gave up their hard earned funds to see his films is BS !

I'll be waiting for Spider-man 3 to hit Hollywood video before seeing it.

42. Toby Mcguire should be ashamed of himself. We made you rich you a hole. Please don't let there be a Spiderman 4 and lets hope he is so typecast in the role as Spiderman that no one will hire him for any other role.

43. The fan didn't bother him in the restaurant so screw Tobey! His day will come when he'll be begging for fans!

44. I agree that it is silly to go to a place like Il Sole and NOT expect photographers to be there. But with that said - I suspect that the so-called 'fan' seeking the autograph was just a paparzzi plant used to try and get Maguire to stop outside of his car for a minute so that the photogs could get a clear picture of him. Standard trick - and I don't blame Maguire for ignoring him in that instant. Getting an autograph is all about timing, and that 'fan' chose poorly in my opinion.
