47. #13 Are you trying to tell me that if you saw him out at a restaurant, you wouldn't try to approach him for an autograph? Who are you trying to kid. This is something that goes along with the job and if you can't handle one fan coming over for an autograph, it's time to get out of the buisness. He has a daughter now, what if his daughter when she get's older goes to approach a celebrity for an autograph and is turned down in the same manner. He would be mad as hell so he needs to think about that next time.

52. I think he didn't know they were actually his fans, he probably thought they were the paparazzi. With all the commotion going on around him at the time...it's very easy to get confused between a fan and paparazzi/ reporter. What celebrity wouldn't be bother by the paparazzi....that's the only thing that bothers them. TMZ is just tying to make a big deal out of nothing. I do agree though.... if you're a celebrity you should expect things like that to happen, some people can handle it, but eventually everyone has their breaking point.

Come on, Tobey. I know it gets annoying, but you can at least deal with it until Pirates comes out and people switch focus to Johnny Depp.

57. I dont get Tobey! The fan in the video, asking him for a picture (not even an autograph) is my brother! Plus he was the only one asking while everyone else were just taking their pics anyway.He was trying to get a picture or maybe an autograph for his & my sons (15 & 17yrs old who have totally loved & supported Tobey even before Spiderman), & as we both did until now!!! I have always been a Spiderman fanatic, all the way back to when I started reading! I just hope he feels justified in being an a--hole to all the kids who are watching his every move. I personally hope they've missed all of his temper tanytrums because our children have been dissappointed enough here lately! Dont you think?

58. The guy in the video is sitting here next to me and telling me that Tobey is lucky there were videos rolling at the time because he was prepared to let him have it. This spidyman fanatic has not slept for a week and is dropping weight because of his dissapointment. Myrah was right, it is all about the kids.
