Celebrity Justice
Bundy Charged with Bud Possession

David Faustino, Bud BundyTMZ has learned that former child star David Faustino (aka Bud Bundy) has been charged with possession of cannabis by the Florida State Attorney.

The charge stems from an incident in which cops say the former "Married With Children" star (and one-time wannabe rapper by the name of "D Lil") was drunk, and arguing with his estranged wife in the middle of the street. After officers arrested Faustino for public drunkeness, cops say they found a baggie containing about a gram of pot on his person.

If convicted, Bud could face up to a year in the county lockup.

16. A year??? I am Canadian and am always shocked at the American justice system (although, believe you me, ours is NOT perfect)...but A YEAR???? C'mon...the govt and judicial system are always complaining about overcrowding in prisons...I wonder why...I can only hope that in the coming years there is going to be a HUGE change to the American govt and petty crimes such as possessing a frieking gram of dope will not even be illegal at all...GO BUD (both kinds!)

20. Maybe if he goes to jail someone will offer to send him designer blankets in jail like they are doing Paris Hilton. Actually anyone with sense or experience knows that in jail no one can bring blankets, clothes, or anything in with them. (except what they are wearing) . Ive known pepople who went to jail, You cant bring crap in with you.

23. #5 Right on that sounds like a plan that would work. And no I do not smoke pot but I do have friends that do and I do agree it should be legalized. And as for Bundy well he is a goof ball anyway but what the hell everyone has fights with their spouses even after one drink so just give the kid a break!

25. Surprised he's got money to blow on dope. He hasn't worked since the 80's.

26. It really is time to decriminilize dope - if only to ease the burden on our courts and correctional facilities. I also agree with the other comments that booze is the real enemy. People don't start fights, or beat on loved ones when they smoke weed - just the opposite.

29. One gram = one year
That's what happens when tobacco companies and alcohol companies collude to keep pot illegal and pay the politicians to make it so. Competition for them is legislated away while prisons fill up on your tax dollar.
WOW.

30. i propose that marijuanna be legal...-AND only old people (65+) legally grow it to support themselves since social security may be dwarfed out of existance. That is one way to fix social security...? anybody else agree... ????
