Bundy Charged with Bud Possession

David Faustino, Bud BundyTMZ has learned that former child star David Faustino (aka Bud Bundy) has been charged with possession of cannabis by the Florida State Attorney.

The charge stems from an incident in which cops say the former "Married With Children" star (and one-time wannabe rapper by the name of "D Lil") was drunk, and arguing with his estranged wife in the middle of the street. After officers arrested Faustino for public drunkeness, cops say they found a baggie containing about a gram of pot on his person.

If convicted, Bud could face up to a year in the county lockup.

48. i think that herbage is the cure to alot of stress problems. its a downer, so once i get home from a hard day of work, the kids are in bed and im on my time, i smoke me some to calm me down for the evening. im chilled, im rested from the day and it also helps me to get to sleep, cause i am so wired from the day. Also, i am a recovering alcoholic now for eight years, i will be the first to admit that alcohol is so addictive that you lie, cheat and steal for the money to do it, just like a crack addiction or a meth addiction. POT------- i would rather my 16 year old son to smoke a joint than to drink a beer or smoke cigs or to do some other drug that will kill him.

49. Smoking marijuana should be legalized as it is in my city, Amsterdam. Wasting tax payers money for police and jails is totally a wasted of time and a drain on our society. Put in some basic laws like on appropriate places to smoke and not being able to drive while stoned and I think that ought to about do it...quick and simple. People's lives are being destroyed by the mindless politicians who instill these laws. Take a stroll down any street in Amsterdam and you won't find one out of control or misbehaving stoner...in fact, they are likely either relaxing in the park, in a lounge or simply taking it easy. Perhaps we should instill some laws that force us to smoke marijuana in order to be a more relaxed and civilized society...how about that idea. Oh...and by the way...I don't smoke....just wanted to express my distaste for many of the worlds outdated laws. All the best Bud!

53. The maximum time would be a year, but he wont spend a minute in jail, the charges would most likely be dropped anyways. and a Gram of weed isn't even a felony anyways.

Hopefully this topic will get on Nancy Grace so everyone can see how she is getting special treatment. I guess if it was me, not a celeb, I might of gotten life in prison. lol
