While John Mayer was busy saving the world from aliens, Jessica Simpson needed a little shop treatment to get over their pseudo breakup.
TMZ caught Jess on a shopping spree last night in NYC, at vintage denim store What Comes Around Goes Around, escorted by her stylist/BFF, Ken Paves.
Miss Simpson looked surprisingly happy, despite the reported split from her borefriend, which is now said to be patched up. This girl changes her mind as fast as Ken changes her hairdos!

Jessica is not a media whore like everyone seems to think. Celebs are constantly being followed and being photographed. The paps go where they are, not the other way around. These people can't ever get a break from the paps. All you dumb*sses should know that by now.

I don't understand why this chick gets so much attention........she really doesn't do much. Can anyone name even ONE song she's done, besides "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'"? She can't act, can't sing (remember the Dolly Parton tribute?), and is dumber than dirt. The only thing she has going for her is a nice rack. There should be prerequisites for being famous.

The problem we have in America is talent doesn't mean a thing these days. Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie and Britney Spears are perfect example of todays way of thinking. I don't think this generation would have discovered the Beatles or Aretha Franklin and that real kinds of talent that's out there. Lenn K, I couldn't have said it better myself. In this day and age in Hollywood you don't have to have "true" talent to make it. As long as you provide something for the tabloids to run with then you are a celebrity. It is sad!!!
