49. Seriously whether you think he's hot or not it's extremely refreshing to see someone who isn't trying to be everyone else. Aboriginal Dance or shrooms either way he doesn't care and that has got to be VERY attractive in a man, and like one girl said a little crazy is sexy in a man two thumbs up Matt!!! I love the fall into the sand face first at the end!

50. So many people with so much vitriol in their veins...jeeze, folks, lighten up! This looks like nothing more than a number of North American Native ritual dances I've seen (rather than a Polynesian ritual dance -- which is what you'd expect re: surfing rituals). For a lot of people, rituals set the mind and body up for performing a task. No harm or weirdness in that: think about your morning coffee or tea ritual. We all engage in some form of ritual behavior in our daily lives, most of of them unconscious because they're considered "good manners." That said, yes, McConaughey IS known for his eccentric behavior. But he always delivers on his filming commitments, and his movies make money. So, what's the big deal?

57. Did anyone stop to think that McConauhey pulled one on the paparazzi? These 'media vultures' are always intruding on the lives of celebs. Look how they have treated Ms Spears, Paris Hilton and all the rest. Most ridiculous behavior I have seen in a long time. I have had some experience with the 'media' and they will hound you to death and don't give a damn about your own personal well being, just as long as they get the story or the pics and the greenbacks in their pockets.

59. Right on, M Mac...your just fine, got your "sitter" with you, can't get hurt on anything but sand, rehersing for the scenes that will make "Surfer Dude" a hit.

Matthew is one of the finer actors, well chiselled and cut for the part, he'll do just fine.
Can really deliver his line in a most believable way.

Matt, more scripts are on their way, for your approval...DUDE!

60. Ok, yeah he is hot and stuff, but so is Tom Cruise and he is weird and freaky...like as in CULT leader or something weird! LOL. I would be laughing too hard to do him if he was doing that dance in front of me! :) Oh #14...he does WEAR deodorant...he MAKES his own...i know it doesn't make it better, but at least he is wearing it. LOL>
