Paula's Busted Face Makes Photog Cry

Even though her injuries were barely noticeable, the sight of Paula Abdul's broken face left a paparazzo in tears last night. His love is real!

TMZ spotted the zany "American Idol" judge outside of Bella Cucina last night, and despite a nasty trip over her Chihuahua that supposedly left her with a broken nose, bruised arm and a broken toe, Paula didn't look that bad ... for her.

As she left the restaurant, Simon Cowell's whipping girl noticed one photog with tears streaming down his face. While the sobbing shutterbug blamed the waterworks on allergies, the other paps jokingly outed him as a Paula Abdul fan. Oh, the shame!

16. OH PLEASE! like I've said many times over the years- PAULA is a TRAINWRECK waiting to happen!! This has NOTHING to do with her supposedly medical condition!! And don't think for one minute this is the last of her DRAMA!!

Wendy & Serge,reach down deep and both of you pull your heads from your asses.Yes some people here might have the same issues but the difference is you don't hear their problems being broadcast everytime they do something wrong.I'm with Mulder on this one,I've had a broken nose and had the same after effects.Paulas only problem is the spotlight hasn't been on her in awhile so she needed something as stupid as this ploy to put her back in there for 15mins.That poor Chihuahua!!!!!!!!!

21. I expect Paula was moved and will remember that paparazzo's weeping response to the hurt she felt. In our society in this present day and age, a stranger's demonstration of genuine human tenderness is a more common response toward injured animals than toward humans who are hurting, as is evidenced here by the unspeakable rudeness, insults, ridicule, mocking and making humor of her tears.

23. She has an incurable, degnerative disease, Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. It affects muscle control. You mean people who are posting here: if you have your health, enjoy it. Because you don't know what it is until it's gone. And you all will get sick some day. Life is terminal. Will you want people making fun of you when you're sick? She's very brave. Unlike other stars with illnesses, she's private, doesn't turn it into some ploy for publicity.

I mean, you all don't make fun of Michael J. Fox for lack of muscle control. It's a similar situation. Why be hateful to someone who's trying her best to handle an untreatable illness.
