Sizemore Crystal Clear: Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Charges

tom sizemoreTMZ has learned that actor Tom Sizemore has just pleaded not guilty to five felonies and one misdemeanor after cops say he was busted while high on crystal meth earlier this month.

In a courtroom in Bakersfield, Calif., Sizemore told the judge that he was not guilty of one count of transportation and possession of methamphetamines, and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without the proper prescription.

He will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on June 18. Sizemore was arrested on May 8, after Bakersfield Police say the actor had been using crystal meth outside of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel.

Call me Anne Heche crazy but I think that this pic of Tom Sizemore looks just like Howard K Stern. You should put the two pics side by side and check it out. Sizemore should play HK$ in a movie.

17. This is so sad...the guy is a great actor but he needs help! Obviously his only chance is to go to a long term lockdown rehab for as long as it takes. I feel very sorry for him, addiction is not something to make fun of.

19. If he is bipolar, then it goes a long way to explain his drug addiction. A lot of mentally ill people try self medicating in order to feel "normal" either through alcohol, street drugs or prescription drugs. It is very sad and very scary. I certainly hope Mr. Sizemore gets it together enough to get to a doctor in rehab. Meth is one of the hardest drugs to come off of and stay off of. Something like 16% recovery rate (not sure of exact number), compared to another evil drug - heroin which has a much higher recovery rate. I feel for him and hope someone out there can help him.
