Tom Arnold Divorce -- Back On (For Realsies)

Tom ArnoldTom Arnold is officially pulling the plug on his third marriage -- again.

TMZ obtained divorce papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which Arnold blames his split with political consultant Shelby Roos on irreconcilable differences.

The couple, who married in 2002, split briefly in August 2006 after Arnold filed a petition for legal separation. Six months later, Tom asked a judge to dismiss that request while the couple attempted to work things out.

The couple has no children. This will be Arnold's third divorce.

16. When a man/woman marries this many times, and still can't get it right has many psychological problems. However, that person always blames the other, when they need to just stop the charade, take a good look at themselves. If only they would be honest, I bet they would see the destruction they bring to the relationship. Roseanne has grown/matured, and Arnold is still a wondering, goofy, nervous boy!

20. Take your diagnosed bi polar ass back to hick town Iowa where you came from, and where they stay married because they get it right the first time. You've been out of your league for years, playing the part of a fool, a past major drug problem, and at times an explosive anger.

Return to the midwest or at least to its values and maybe you'd find some peace. Number 4 probalby isnt going to be the solution for you.

21. I saw these two at Tiffany's in Palm Springs last summer - I feel sorry for the guy's lawyers for having to constantly defend his prenups. I forget what he bought her - but I do remember that she was a POA - especially for Tom.
Next best thing Tom - in California it's pretty easy.

26. I can't stand this a**hole. I don't like men who ride their wife's coat tails. He would never be in moveis or anything else if it wasn't for Roseanne. He was a complete no body before he married her. I refuse to even watch a movie if he is in it, even when I like everyone else who is staring in it. A few years ago he was advertising on the internet for a wife and where it asked what he did he said he was a movie star!!!! Yuck -gag-gag! Movie star?!?!? Since when?

I thought I was the only one who felt repulsion for him. Much to my surprise most everyone else feels like I do.

27. While married to Roseann, Tom had an affair with Roseann's secretary. Then because they lived in California, Roseann had to pay him half of her money. He has no talent. He is a worthless low life.
