Tom Arnold Divorce -- Back On (For Realsies)

Tom Arnold is officially pulling the plug on his third marriage -- again.

TMZ obtained divorce papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, in which Arnold blames his split with political consultant Shelby Roos on irreconcilable differences.

The couple, who married in 2002, split briefly in August 2006 after Arnold filed a petition for legal separation. Six months later, Tom asked a judge to dismiss that request while the couple attempted to work things out.

The couple has no children. This will be Arnold's third divorce.

35. Gee the comments are running about 98% against and 2% favorable to Mr Arnold. Wonder why that is? The readers didnt band together, Mr Arnold has made his own bed over the years and it hasnt gone unnoticed. Maybe if the guy did more charitable things both for the world at large and with those who should be the closest to him, he would come off in a better light. Right now he is viewed as a selfish, self absorbed, talentless womanizing Hack. Every towns got one, its just too bad for him, his town is basically the whole Country.

40. Actually Tom is fuuny. He is also caring and compasionate, just b/c he is going through a 3rd divorce it does not make him a loser. Did you ever think he may have had a hard life? Or that it could be something else??? He is human--many people get divorced 3-4-5 times. Shelby is amazing and loved him deeply. She has tried her very best. She is not a leech, she is a wonerful person. When you all throw out harsh comments YOU ARE THE LOSERS just b/c someone is famous doesnt mean they do not have feelings too! Think about what they are both going through before you judge so harsly!!! By the way, it's not like he is rich off Rosanne's money that was a long time ago.
