Daughtry's Selfish "Idol" Prediction

Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis may have made it to the final two on "American Idol" but Chris Daughtry doesn't think either will win. Huh?!

TMZ spotted the last season's resident guy-linered rocker outside Hyde last night with his band, aptly named Daughtry, where he told cameras, "I think we could win this year." Sadly, we don't remember hearing Seacrest read off the 866 number to vote for him after his performance in the finale.

Fans were rabid for celebs leaving the premiere of "Mr. Brooks," and while the film's star, Kevin Costner, stopped to sign autographs and take pictures with them, Dane Cook and Bruce Willis breezed past the entire group. Yippie-ki-yay mother lover!

Also out last night were a charmingly threatening Damon Wayans, Brian McKnight, Babyface, a studly Michael Vartan, Lance Bass and the always bearded Billy Gibbons.

All this and more in today's false idol edition of Star Catcher.

46. I have seen Chris in several interviews say he really liked Blake but didn't think Blake would win and that he thought the bunch was really talented.

47. Oh boy the SP are at it yet again. Daughtry is Hot and Taylor is Not! TMZ same on you because clearly that was a joke to poke fun at himself and not have to choose. It was said with a tongue and cheek laugh and you know it.

Daughtry on Ellen was flawless, perfect guyliner, perfect voice, humor, and candor. Now if all of the Mega Super Stars had such humility and charm the world would be a better place.

48. Chris is awesome his band rocks and I do believe at the end that lil clip he says he like "them" both not that neither will win...so get on with life its to short to worry about fiction being tossed out there

You should see the way he treats his own fans at his concerts, don't be jealous because your favorite band isn't doing so good.

Chris is going to win more awards than you people could ever dream of, get it now? HE WON!!!

56. This doesn't surprise me at all. My son-in-law owns a club that Daughtry was booked at recently. Chris left the impression on most all the people at the club that he THINKS he is a much bigger star than he is. My daughter is a big fan of his and was really disappointed in his attitude.

57. Prediction : The fugly bald ego will be a washed out has been a year from now. The guy will either croak from a vein popping from his drunken on stage screams or he will overdose on that crack he has been smoking. Either way he will be a dud. Wanna be rocker won't last. 60. Chris Daughtry has an amazing voice and his CD is really great. How is he a poser? He worked to support a family but also had been in a band before Idol. Some of you people are very negative.
