He's probably imitating his 65year old idol Keith Richards.
You know the guy who said he snorted his fathers cremated ashes, then when everyone was disgusted he quickly said it wasn't true, yea right!!
That's no man for Johnny to look up to or imitate in life or film!
When he says people like that are his idol he's not setting a good example for his fans.
Johnny needs to wake up already!

He needs all the makeup he can get his hands on he'll be 50 in a few years, the wrinkles must be killing him.

37. Sharp -Eye, you are right about the little man fearing looking old. He better hurry up and make his Pirate movies before it's too late! Other than Botox he can use fillers to get rid of those awful wrinkles at the sides of his face when he smiles. Maybe that's why he doesn't smile much!

The cutie, Josh that gave out the award probably that the pirate was a freeky old man. Old man needs some more Botox on that forehead!
