Stumbling Janice: "I'm Not Tipsy!"

Janice Dickinson is a class act.

TMZ spotted the self-titled "World's First Supermodel" outside Koi last night, where she warmly greeted snapping paps with a friendly one finger salute. Struggling to hold herself up, Janice unleashed a barrage of slurred obscenities and, unfortunately for passersby, flashed her ass for all to see. Stately.

Finally reaching her waiting ride, Ms. Dickinson gathered herself and told the cameras "I'm not tipsy." Imagine what she'd be like if she were.

24. Just goes to show you, "Beauty fades but stupid is forever." How pathetic. She had her day now it's time for her to move on and be an intelligent, classy, older woman that younger women look up too. Most beautiful women can't handle getting older because they have always gotten by on being the center of attention. But when that twinkle goes and wrinkles replace it, they have nothing to fall back on. Obviously, there's something to be said for attaining higher education!
