D.A. Wants Sizemore Behind Bars -- STAT!

As if Tom Sizemore wasn't in enough trouble following his crystal meth bust in Bakersfield, Calif. earlier this month, TMZ has learned that the actor is now in danger of having his felony probation revoked from a previous drug bust -- which could result in a lot of prison time.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office confirms they will ask a judge to revoke Sizemore's probation, which was ordered after he pleaded guilty to possession of narcotics in 2006. The D.A. will also request that Sizemore spend 16 months in a state prison as a result.

One of the terms of Sizemore's probation was to stay out of trouble. At the June 5 hearing, a judge may decide if his arrest violated that term. Hey, that's the same day Paris goes to jail!

18. Tom was an excellent actor. He's wasted more talent than Paris will ever have. Still, I can honestly say that I wish him the best. Robert Downey Jr. came back. So can Tom!

19. what a bummer...gotta kick a drug habit while undergoing incarceration and all the woes that come with that particular outcome. Calif State Prison? uh oh, get ready for some extortion Tom, and it really wont matter how "tough" you are or think you are, you will end up paying a weekly stipend for the luxury of getting to stay in one piece.

You will be a marked man who has money and will pay "rent" to have the priviledge of being locked up.

Being clean and sober is a whole lot safer and cheaper than this route---but you already know that part, you've heard it a thousand times in rehab...about the only thing you can do now is invoke the Power of Prayer and hope that carries you through all this, and that one day you will be Graced with letting the Want to stay clean and sober take hold...Till than, expect more of the same.

Good Luck, but in a way, Good Riddance

21. Tom Sizemore is a great actor; I love all the roles he's played over the years. I would love to see him admit he is powerless over drugs/alcohol, come to believe in any higher power and make a decision to turn his will over to that power.......THEN HAVE A BIG COMEBACK! This bust probably saved your life Tom. It takes a tough M----r F----r to stay clean and sober, and you have a fan here that believes in you until you can believe it yourself. You're still alive and where there's life, there's hope! Hang in there Tom! This lady fan will be praying to my HP for ya! ;-)

27. BC if Tom wanted to change he would change, but he has made a differant choice. All that he is going through or been through is status quo for the lifestyle....... Hospitols, jails, institutions, death...........

He has had tons of opportunity to accept help, he decided not to. Nothing wrong with that at all, so dont confuse me for being judgemental.

I'm just saying lets not treat him like victim, these are his choices.

28. I watched Shooting Sizemore on VH1 and was routing for Tom to get his life together. I still believe he can get back to a good place. Unfortunely rock bottom is what makes most people wake up. I wish Tom all the happiness in the world.

29. What's good for the goose (Paris) is good for the gander (Tom). Since Paris is going to jail for violating misdemeanor probation then Tom should go to prison for violating felony probation. Fair is fair.

30. I REALLY HATE TO SAYTHIS, BUT......I THINK SIZEMORE WOULD RATHER DIE THAN DO JAIL TIME.

SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY WATCH OUT FOR HIM, TO MAKE SURE HE IS ALRIGHT.

MY HEART DOES GO OUT TO HIM, BECAUSE HE IS NO LONGER IN CONTROL OF HIS LIFE--THE DRUGS ARE CONTROLLING HIM.

SUCH TALENT, AND HE HAD SO MUCH GOING FOR HIM.

TOM, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO CLEAN UP, YOU'RE GONNA NEED SOME HEAVY REHAB TIME.
THAT IS WHAT THE COURTS SHOULD DO FIRST--MAKE HIM GO TO REHAB AND STAY THERE FOR THREE MONTHS AT LEAST.
IF HE DOESN'T GO TO REHAB, THEN BY ALL MEANS, SEND HIM TO JAIL, BECAUSE AT LEAST THAT WAY, HE WILL STILL BE ALIVE.
IT MIGHT PROTECT HIM FROM HIMSELF.

GOOD LUCK, TOM. MANY ARE PRAYING FOR YOU RIGHT NOW.....
