D.A. Wants Sizemore Behind Bars -- STAT!

As if Tom Sizemore wasn't in enough trouble following his crystal meth bust in Bakersfield, Calif. earlier this month, TMZ has learned that the actor is now in danger of having his felony probation revoked from a previous drug bust -- which could result in a lot of prison time.

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office confirms they will ask a judge to revoke Sizemore's probation, which was ordered after he pleaded guilty to possession of narcotics in 2006. The D.A. will also request that Sizemore spend 16 months in a state prison as a result.

One of the terms of Sizemore's probation was to stay out of trouble. At the June 5 hearing, a judge may decide if his arrest violated that term. Hey, that's the same day Paris goes to jail!

31. I think Tom and Paris should be put in a cell together. A DVD should be made of the highlights of their incarceration and marketed through the porn distributor 'Red Light District'. I think Tom would put in his best performance ever and we all know Paris would just love the company. A shoulder to cry on. Yes, America deserves a display of bodily fluids exchanged by it's most wanted criminals. Think of the money the DVD would generate. It would make more then Pirates 3. And we all know making money and spending it keeps the economy healthy. Yes, viewing the DVD 'Tom and Paris Do Their Time Together' will make us all better people. We will come to appreciate the depth of degradation the incarcerated will sink to in paying their debt to society.

34. I noticed that most people here are wishing him well, which is cool. Tom is like the black sheep of the family, or that crazy uncle we all know too well but love just as much. Tom looks like a real guy, not a pretty boy, but the guy you'd see at the gas station getting a pack of smokes or something. Meth is a bleeping killer man, I've seen kids I used to know look like corpses after that stuff, staying up for a week, coloring like little kids, derivitive of any common sense. In some situations man, it does take jail, a lenghy jail sentence for people to snap out of it. Hopefully he gets his head on his shoulders in there.
