42. Let's face it, the Gay community controls the media. There are more rights for Gays than anyone else. Just take at what little time a child predator gets or someone that forces our children into prostitution. They hardly get any jail time. Who cares about Gays or any other adult group or slight -- when our children are at risk, without any real protection in this society each and every day. Women and children are neglected and the outrage if they are attacked or forced into prostitution would NEVER get as much publicity as Washington's remarks. Think about it and when you have, you will see who is really in control of what's going on in this world.

44. I'm a gay black man and I agree with Post #10 Romi. How many times Isiah need to apologize? One of things I found out since coming out 11 years ago is that not all gays aren't sweet & lovable. They can be mean spirit, vindictive,jerks, etc. etc. etc., and even racist. I have a white lover & even though everybody accepted our relationship, some look down on us. That's right, I ran into a couple of them. Makes me think that Rainbow flag is a farce. And the gay media is making T.R. Knight into a hero. Please! T.R. is far more a gay role model and he's no Larry Krammer(founder of ACT UP!!!) So the gay media need to stop pushing T.R. as a gay hero in front of my face, I'm not buying it. I also amazed that the gay community haven't raise a fuss that President George W. Bush is vetoing the hate crime bill. You know someone will just beat somebody up because of their race or sexual agenda. Where's the gay community in this fight? When Ann Coulter used the same slur to describe John Edwards & the rest of the Democratic party right in front of gay Republican media reporter Andrew Sullivan and he didn't say a thing. I'm shaking my head at all of this. I think the reason why ABC is walking a thin line to not only pissed off the gay community by not giving Isiah a brand new contract but also not to pissed the black community because if they let him go, the relationship between the gay & black communities will get worst and it was always a shakiy relationship between the two. So ABC doesn't want a backlash between both communities. If I was ABC I would get Oprah to do a special with T.R.,Isiah, the gay & black community to discuss the problem that's destroying us & why the black community are homophobic? When Kayne West spoke out against homophobia, he was getting lots of flack from the hood. So we need to know how & why Isiah learn to hate we need to dig deep into the surface as for the gay community, they really need to stop being vindictive and learn how to forgive, I didn't say forget but they need to forgive.
