33. I think the family of the lady killed are pathetic. The moment they heard it was Brandy who caused the crash money signs went right into there heads, it is not about pain or anything it is about "omg a millionaire was the cause of the accident, imagine how much money we can get if we sue".

Poster 14 I suggest you educate yourself, Brandy was not the only person involved in this accident. When she hit this woman she did little damage to the women killed car, the car swerved into oncoming traffic and was hit a few times by different cars. Like I said before, these people are suing because they are money hungry. They are asking for billions and no court is ever going to make her pay that much, they will make her pay a couple thousand, THATS IT! Not to mention it was stated very early on that the only person that can actually sue Brandy is the husband of the women. The first person that tried to sue her was the mother and no sooner the crash happened she jumped on the money train but a few weeks later it was dropped because she was told the only person who can sue is the husband,,aww major blow to poor money hungry mom.

34. If you kill or injure someone even by accident, you have to take responsibility for it. It's the right thing to do. I'm sure Brandy feels very guilty about what happened. Who wouldn't? If I was her, I would do everything I could to help those people. Money can't fix everything (Paris, anyone?) but they should be compensated for the losses.

I know a lawyer who works on cases like these, and even poor people get sued by victims.

39. Brandy is a good lady who wasn't drugged out and not driving drunk like Paris Hilton who could have killed many herself when she was driving with her lights out, going over 70 MPH in the dark. Come on .. face it... Brandy is a classy lady without a drug and drinking problem that caused what is definitely an accident. Sad for the people whose lives are lost and those who survive and sad for Brandy .. they will all live with this pain their lifetime. I wish them all the best and for Brandy, my heart goes out to her no less than for the people who lost their loved ones. She did nothing that most of us have not done ourselves and but for the grace of God go I. 40. I am sorry but this is nothing new and normal in an automobile accident. Brandy celebrity status is the only reason why this is in the news as there are multiple accidents yearly and multiple automobile suits against the driver and owner of the vehicle. I am sure Brandy insurance company is handling this however due to the fact that insurance company can not be mentioned or sued that’s why Brandy is named in the entire law suit.

Brandy was driving a Range Rover and I know she had insurance coverage and I am sure she did not have minimal liability coverage on her policy or her vehicles. This process is not uncommon when attorneys are involved and there is an auto accident. Brandy be strong and trust your insurance company as their job is to protect their insured. The public needs to know that this is not common when there is an accident and people whom are not celebrity get sued everyday when in auto accident and the intentions always state what Brandy intentions state and the prayer always ask for pain and suffering, medical reimbursement, etc.

41. your absolutely right she was not drunk. That means even sober people can cause accidents too. Why is it o.k. to have an accident if you are sober but not if you are drunk. Thats why they need to raise the BAC. Sober People cause car accidents too. I'm tired of drunk drivers always being blamed for every single car accident out there. I think the fact that Brandy was not drunk is more of a reason to put her behind bars.

It's so easy to judge, isn't it? All of you condemning her are most likely just as guilty of being careless behind the wheel, it's just that you haven't had the misfortune of getting into an accident yet.

It's tragic that this one had a fatality, but it was an accident. Yes, she has penalties to pay, but let's put the torches down. I guarantee most, if not all of you, have no right to talk.
