Lets Get This Party Started
Did Rosie Leave Trail of Trash, 'Staches?

Wild Rosie Gallery: click to launch photosRosie O'Donnell may have burned whatever bridges she had at "The View," after her ballistic blowup with Elisabeth Hasselbeck, allegedly trashing her dressing room in anger.

And that's not all: Her chief writer, Janette Barber, reports Page Six, was escorted from ABC studios after she was caught drawing mustaches on photos of Elisabeth hanging around the building. Indeed, ABC confirmed to the Post that "photographs at 'The View's" offices were defaced," though it adds that Rosie wasn't around when it happened.

As for the dressing room meltdown, ABC denies it. Still, Rosie continues to be cryptic about whether she's coming back next week, with her latest blog posting saying, "There is a point u must step away from the canvas as the work is done."

Jessica – I Ignore My Fears

Jessica Simpson gallery: Click to launch photosIt's unclear what she's talking about, but Jessica Simpson has taken to the Internet airwaves to dispense some wisdom she gained while traveling in Europe for the Cannes film festival and elsewhere. She tells us on her personal website that she spent plenty of time in museums, and read about Michelangelo, which inspired her to write something that she herself reads over and over to "find new strength." And it goes a little something like this: "Can facing our fear be what walks us to somewhere better? ... In my life, I ignore my fears too often, but then I'm left with nothing to challenge the best of me ... There is no discovery." After reading it over and over, and, again, we're not quite sure what she's talking about.

Paula Pussyfooting Around Dog-Breaks-Nose Story?

wacky-ass paula: click to launch photosDid Paula Abdul's nose look suspiciously un-broken after her supposed trip and fall over her Chihuahua last weekend? Page Six thinks so, reporting that Paula's toying with the truth, and that what really happened was, according to their source, "She pitched a fit, threw something into a mirror or glass object, and a shard of glass struck her in the face." Ouch. Hence, it wasn't broken, and didn't look as swollen and out of joint as noses generally do. Paula's rep says the story is "absolutely, categorically untrue."

Party Favors: Brangelina Makes Sly Getaway in Cannes ... Doc Martens Apologizes for Kurt Ads ... Could "Pirates" Make $200 Mil This Weekend?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie -- and Brad's castmates in "Ocean's 13" -- escaped the crush of post-premiere admirers by pulling, as FOX News reports, an elaborate bait-and-switch on partygoers in Cannes. ... Doc Martens is apologizing to Courtney Love for the ad it ran in a UK publication showing Kurt Cobain wearing its shoes in heaven, calling the ad "offensive" and "a mistake." ... The third "Pirates of the Caribbean" could be the first film to gross over $200 million over the Memorial Day weekend, say the people who watch -- and care about -- such things.

286. Too bad there are not more people like you and your acquaintances who would oust this terriost Bush and allow their children and families a chance at peace and a future that promises peace and security. Bush is trying to play the bully in hopes he can keep the bad boys away..however, what he doesn't realize is he is pissing them off and as we type back and forth your country remains in danger. God Bless you and all the Americans who do love their country and their children enough to make a stand against your president and his cronies.

287. Close Friend of Janette Barber,

To be in a abusive and difficult work situation can really tax the soul. If you wish, please give my best for now and in her future to your friend Janette.

290. Miss Canada, you can try sending your resume to The View. I hear there's an opening for another loud-mouthed know-nothing. Sounds like you fit the bill perfectly.

291. So does you president and his henchmen..back to the rock they crawled out from

292. Love YOUR Prime Minister by the way. Finally, someone with brains at the helm in Canada. I guess not all Canadians fit your description.

293. Too bad I don' t feel the same about your president...you certainly fit the description of a person who supports murder and terror of other nations even those that are non deserving.

294. Would it be constructive or beneficial to our troops in Afganistan to start slinging mud at the President? Of course we want to get along with our allies, but it still pisses many Canadians off that the focus was taken off Afganistan the day the American troops entered Iraq. There is so much to be terrified of in this world, because so much of it is beyond our control. Do not allow this administration to divide your country!

295. Thanks Canadian..the Americans don't have an argument..how do they justify the deaths of their people in Iraq..how? The president has done nothing for his country but set them up nicely for another 9./11..sad really.

296. "Canadian"--thanks. Hopefully it's clear we're on the same side for World Peace and no, we won't back down from the enemy. But should we support a war where the troops are considered "disposable"--we're living in 2007, people. Soldiers and veterans are worthy of the upmost respect and gratitude--and nobody can accuse Canadians of not showing their appreciation. Why do you think most of the nation dons poppies on Nov. 11th (our Rememberance Day). It is a very solemn day, where the children are taught to "Do Not Forget". Why are so many people angry at Rosie when they should be furious at this administration?

297. I am so glad that Rosie is leaving! She made the View look like a big catfight, and brought her personal issues on to the show far too much. She was not an appropriate host. I would love to see a women's show without all this cattiness where they can discuss politics and other world issues without it coming down to personal attacks. It's really quite embarrassing that most women’s shows are filled with shallow beauty tips and celebrity nonsense. I hope The View will be able to change that, and will find a woman with intellect and class. A woman that can support her arguments with knowledge that comes from unbiased sources.

298. I had to take elisabeths side i dont support the war at all im not for the republicans and i damn sure aint vote for bush lol but like elisabeth said rosie wanted her to answer her own question i was so glad she stood up for herself i belive rosie thinks she made the show and because shes 40 something and elisabeth is twenty nine she can say whatever.

299. Hope, please stop making hateful generalizations of Americans. If you have a personal fight with a person on this board address them by name, don't bring a whole country in it. Should I hate all people from Iraq because we are at war with them, or all Afghanis because of Ossama Bin Laden? Each terrorist from 9/11 had a name, each person who commits violent acts against innocent civilians has a name. I will not paint over a whole country or religion with such a wide brush. I ask that you please not do so either. If you wish to be hateful towards Americans despite my plea, please take your hate to a Canadian based web site where you will not have to deal with the people you so despise. Sorry for going off subject. I normally don’t do that, but I am getting a bit tired of the America bashing. OK, now can we please get back to the topics at hand, Rosie, Jessica Simpson, Paula Abdul, or the recent Doc Marten Ads?

300. Exits and bows from the stage used to be done with grace and dignity. Lost on us now as the dirty laundry HAS to be aired out instead of hashing it out in closed doors.
