32. RO doesn't want to hear what anyone says if they're not behind her and supporting her 100%. When negative comments start hitting her blog she disables the comments which just reinforces peoples beliefs that, to RO, it's OK to have your own opinion as long as it's in line with hers. If you dare to have a different political view, moral stance or lifestyle she starts her yelling, ranting, raving and all out screaming throwing a tantrum that would rival any experienced 2 year old. I agree with #7, Marcia. If watching the events of Columbine unfold live on TV caused PTSD then how many Americans are suffering and have yet to be diagnosed and treated? My hand just went up. She uses that crap as a pathetic excuse for her bad, childish behavior. Obviously her medications aren't working, time for a re-evaulation of your meds Ro!! Run, don't walk, to your shrink!!

33. #20 Opinionatied - I have a problem with people like you. America was founded on the principle that we were all free to have our own opinions. A good American is someone the lets others with different political opinions speak their mind, even if they disagree. If Rosie wants to believe the drivel she does, that is her right, but the same can be said for Elisabeth. The Clinton era changed that for America, we became a very divided country where people are condemned on the basis of their political leanings only. Right, left, center, doesn't matter - we are all Americans & should learn to accept others for their differences, not belittle them in the way Rosie has belittled Elisabeth.

If I had a "friend" like Rosie who told me I couldn't hold two thoughts at once (whether true or not), we wouldn't be friends any longer. Rosie needs to grow up & act like the adult that she is. I don't watch the View, but I hope she does leave so I can read something else on my favorite blogs.

35. I hate The View, have for years.

However, it's too bad that they gave Rosie this chance at a national show and not only did she blow it, she and her gang have wiped their muck on it as they depart.

One needs to act professionally in this type of situation. Fine for Rosie to get mad and take her toys and go home, but to act as she does, pathetic and immature.

I suppose this is what is wrong with the Hollywood system as it exists today. Way too much money and way too many photogs chasing after them, convincing them that they are sombody important. It's a vicious circle and I cannot see how to break it, realistically, other than to make it known that they are people just like everybody else, and many more people have much more important jobs and contribute so much more to society than do "celebrities."

Re: Charity donations by celebrities. TAX DEDUCTION. This should tell you just how much extra money these people have lying around. It really is more than the average person can wrap their minds around. If they don't donate to charities, they are going to pay the money out in tax to the government, to US, to help our country. So, whatever, it's fine with me, but I'm not deceived by charities and celebrities. Every celebrity tries to become associated with a charity for public relations reasons, image.

Rosie and Columbine. Well, heck fire, many of us are traumatized by Columbine, 9/11, local crimes, murders, assaults, wars, famine, the perils of humanity. Yet we don't use that as an excuse. We go on as we can, where we can.

I find it very self-centered and self-serving to carry on about Columbine. Instead, she could turn all her energies to the people involved personally with Columbine, feel their pain rather than her own.

steeped in the drama, even if it's justified. It comes from a dark place that others
can't understand, but... I understand.

EH is the loser from reality tv. Rosie had her own successful Emmy award winning show for years. And she made 45 mil a year Thank You very much! She also has her own production company. Plus Rosie donated mega millions to charity. What does EH do? NADA!

38. I hope she is gone for good, she was nothing but a loudmouth lady with nothing of substance to say! I haven't watched the view since after the first week she was on, I hate that show, I may watch it if she doesn't come back..................but for now, my life is much better without her comments in it.

39. True Colors is the name of the Cyndi Lauper tour she's doing this summer to help raise money and awareness for the Human Rights Campaign and gay rights. The song that Cyndi is singing is not True Colors but "Sisters of Babylon." In the video she shows all of The View women and doesn't go any further than that. But of course you have to infer more than that, don't you? Gets you the screaming headlines you need to keep this site interesting. I'll give you that but make sure you give both sides of the story and not add fuel to an already one sided fire in favor of Rosie detractors.

40. As much as I respect & admire Rosie, I wouldn't blame her for not coming back. What would be the point? I would like to see BW try to come up with something profound to say about her premature departure. I WAS NOT a Star Jones fan, but I have to say that I lost a lot of respect for BW with how she handled it. I think when she's backed into a corner, or is (God forbid) embarrassed, she'll cover her behind first. Nope, Rosie has said what she needs to say, and all of us who support her wish her well, and will tune in to see what she does next. As far as Elisabeth? I've got one word...KARMA,.

43. Tired the b@tch fest that the women of morning shows seemed inclined to put out there these days. So unprofessional and degrading to women in general. E needs to re-evaluate the image she wants to project, R needs to return to what makes her happy in life and the "View" needs to be dumped for something more substantial.
