Will Ferrell and company have struck again!
The hysterical video of Sanjaya claiming to be an art student who created "Sanjaya," which showed up in the TMZ mailbox earlier this week, is actually the work of Ferrell's website, FunnyOrDie.com. It really is Sanjaya in the video, and Sanjaya is really Sanjaya -- and not Bill Vendall from the Rhode Island School of Design.
It's good to see Sanjy's sense of humor extends beyond his hair.

Bill Vendall/I am Art was a brilliant piece of satire that many of us "got" and greatly appreciated. We played it over and over, laughed our butts off, read the "is this real?" and "don't you feel stupid now, fanjayas?" comments, and then laughed our butts off some more. You are a cut above the rest. Thank you for being OUT THERE with your sense of humor. You will go far.
And you can sure enough sing! I can't wait til the AI concert and your first CD!

23. Making bigoted comments says more about the poster than anyone else.. Sanjaya may not have had the performing chops at the start of the show, but he certainly improved. He has a real soothing tone to his voice and probably sings better than 90% of the people in the 'singing' industry today.
