Lohan Busted on Suspicion of DUI

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan was cited for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday and was slightly injured when her Mercedes struck a curb, police told the Associated Press.

Lohan, 20, and two other passengers were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when it crashed at about 5:30 AM into a curb on Sunset Blvd., Sgt. Mike Foxen told the AP.

"She was cited and released because she has been admitted to a local hospital for minor injuries," Foxen said.

No one else was hurt and no other cars were involved, Foxen said. He did not have other details. Officers went to the scene after receiving a 911 call about the accident, Foxen said. He went on to say that Lohan will have to appear in court to answer the citation.

Calls to Lohan's rep were not immediately returned.

100. It was inevitable. First she "attends" a country club rehab & "joins AA", then she makes a joke out of rehab by going right back to partying, drinking & snorting coke by the pound. She's already damaged her career by basically killing off Georgia Rule with her drunk, out of control behavior; now she's going to have to face up to the fact that, with this DUI & subsequent court attention, the whole world will know she's a rehab FRAUD.

101. Nice!!!! I'm so excited about Lindsay's latest mishap. They should take bets in Vegas about who is going to completely self destruct first... Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, or Britany Spears. They're all big contenders, Lindsay's coming on strong with this latest DUI antic, let's see how long it is before Paris trys to one ups her.

104. Well, I really can't comment until White Oprah does, because I take all my cues re: Lindsay from White Oprah. Until this happens, I'll just say "She's young. She was having fun. That photog. disguised as a curb jumped in front of her....and ....hold on"....*snooooooooort*....Ah, yeah, that's the ticket..... Anyway, like I said, I really need White Oprah's guidance in this particular situation before I can comment.

105. Why Americans put so much interest and attention towards these TROUBLED Hollywood spoiled brats is beyond me. Lohan, Hilton, Spears, etc., etc., etc., the list goes on and on.
Whatever happened to the real stars of stage and film who deserved the admiration and the money and the oscars and every other privilege that came with being in Hollywood?

When did behaving like drunken, drugged up sluts become the norm? This is what's wrong with young girls of today and what's wrong with America in general.

These are the role models that young impressionable girls have to look up to? This country is in horrible shape.
