286. Clearly, Lindsay learned nothing from her stint in rehab. I suspected that before, when she publicly stated she planned to party on her 21st birthday. This girl is in serious denial, and she's extremely lucky that she didn't seriously injure or kill someone in her little joy ride Saturday morning.
She deserves jail time for all the offenses she committed: underage drinking, driving under the influence, possession of cocaine, and fleeing the scene of an accident. And the court absolutely should not give her any sort of lenient treatment simply because she's rich and famous. When courts let celebrities off the hook, they're sending the message that this kind of behavior is acceptable for certain privileged people. I'm sorry, but it's not. The law is the law, and celebrities should not be allowed to flout it with impunity or near impunity. They have to be held just as accountable as any other citizen of this country.
If Lindsay is ever going to recover from her addictions, she needs to suffer the consequences of her behavior. Whatever the standard sentences are for the offenses she's committed, that's what she should receive. And after she's served time in jail, I hope the court also commits her to a rehab center for at least 6 months to a year. She needs a LOT of help, and one month of treatment simply isn't enough.
If the court merely gives her a slap on the wrist (such as probation or community service), she's going to end up dead before she's 30.
And who knows how many people she may take down with her? So many impressionable young girls look up to her and probably think drinking, smoking, partying, doing drugs and sleeping around are "cool" and "glamorous." I wonder how many of her fans will later contract STDs or AIDS, wind up in drunk-driving accidents and/or OD on drugs while trying to emulate Lindsay's "cool" behavior? Even if Lindsay herself is too far gone to be saved (a sad possibility), there's still hope for her fans. If the court gives her the proper punishment, hopefully that will shock Lindsay wannabes into their senses and help them realize there is NOTHING "cool" about heavy partying substance abuse.

287. How much rehab does this woman, need to go thru to clean up her act? This woman is doomed, she has addiction running thru her blood, I mean think about it she takes after her father, he,s a addict, and I think she has inherited the gene for this horrible disease, and its gonna take alot of work on her self to make it thru this. I dont think she has the tools to survive this for a while, not to mention she has no family support, I mean look at her mother, she appears as a spot lite horror, she appears to want to relive her youth thru her daughter, I just dont think anyone has Lindsys back, she doesnt seem to have anyone who truly cares for her in her life, she needs to dump all the negative people-friends who basically drink and do drugs need to exit her world, and she needs to get help for the right reasons, not for publicity, not because you look cool now if your in rehab-Brittney Spears, for instance went to rehab not to help her self but because she thought it was the in thing to do.

289. I am disgusted that anyone, rich or famous, has a separate set of laws and punishments. If I had been caught with coke, drunk, underage in an accident I wouldn't be shipped off to rehab. She should be charged just like a normal person would be.

I'm so sick of hearing about Lindsay, her partying, her under age drinking, her drug use, sleeping with every guy who pays her any attention...This is another brainless twit who is in danger of ending her life too soon or worse yet, taking the life of an innocent person. I hope she gets exactly what she has earned. The girl has no self respect, doesn't abide by the law, and I have no sympathy for her at all. She is a horrible role model for younger girls. Reminds me of that other brainless twit that WILL BE GOING TO JAIL! Maybe they can be roomies!

They have all this money and power and do you see them going to 3rd world countries to help, like Natalie Portman, Angelina Jolie, and many others? No! They are downing alcoholic beverages & using drugs then jumping into their Mercedes and Porches and crashing them! She should be sent to prison with Paris!

Young and dumb, too much money and no sense.

When the child becomes the breadwinner, there is NOTHING the parents can say about when to be home, don't drink and drive, who to see, etc..

Anyone on their own at a young age and MAKING a lot of money is more than likely out of control because they don't have self-control or the wisdom to use it wisely. Hell, a lot of the adult movie stars are out of control so what can you expect from the younger ones. Of course, there are a few exceptions but they are few and far between.

Send her to drug rehab and not for a New York minute. Keep her in there, no matter how long it takes, to get her the help she needs, then let her spend some "quality" time in jail. Maybe this will make an impact on her and she will turn her life around.

297. Maxzim dropped the ball big time by naming this no talent coke head as their #1 pick. Young girls need GOOD examples to look up to and Lindsay Hoe-lan is far from that. I used to feel sorry for Miss Hoe-lan, it really seemed like her slut mom was the one that really wanted to be a star and sold her daughters soul to the devil to live vicariously through her. 298. Lindsay lohan is a hypocritical, lying, DRUNK & DRUGGIE. We all know about her DUI this weekend, about her arrest, about her fleeing the scene of an accident and about her coke in her car. What makes her a Drunk is she went to a party yesterday & today, and left at 4am; DRUNK OFF HER ASS. She had to be driven in her own car by her supposed lesbian lover, and ended up throwing up on the street. What makes her a lying hypocrit is her 30 day sober chip from AA hanging from her rear view mirror. She didn't learn anything from rehab; she's still lying to herself & everyone else.

299. I feel sorry for Lindsey. She has had no real parental role model. But, she had had plenty of good people in her life to learn right from wrong, and she can literally just look at her friends and see what happens when you live like she is living and what happens to you. I am a Christian and I will pray for Lindsay to find the courage to face her giants, her disease, drugs and alcohol. It effects millions of people, so she's not alone. Her parents have failed her, her father hopefully is recovered from his drinking and drug addiction, but her mother is a huge part of the problem. There needs to be a a case of tough love here for her by her family and friends and she needs to forced by intervention into a firm rehabilitation program, no matter how long it takes. Otherwise this girl is going to kill herself or someone else. Please someone else love her enough to save. A faith base program would be best, but not always applicable. I think just a good hard rehab for her now and not some fluff rehab that she and Brittany went through. A lock down facility with no outside field trips is what she needs and no outside communication with family at first. I have been through this with my own family and she needs serious help and Hollywood is not going to make her do it for her, only friends and family that love her can use a little force to get it done. But do it now, or you will live to regret it. I did.
