62. So .... I guess buy Tuesday afternoon Candy Spelling will write an open letter to Dina Lohan on TMZ - be ready for it.

The real reason why these young actors are getting into so much trouble - their parents let them do whatever they wanted when they were younger, they were never corrected as children, preteens or teens, their parents cleaned up all their messes for them so no consequences were ever given to them as children for their bad behavior and poor morals. Now they're adults (at least in chronological age) and the consequences are much more severe. No longer do you get a slap on the hand or a judge who says "you need counseling." Now it's jail time. This does not just go for "famous" people. I've seen it in my community, and it's pathetic.

PARENTS, DISCIPLINE YOUR CHILDREN SO THEY UNDERSTAND AND LEARN FROM AN EARLY AGE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG, AND NOT THINK OF THE LAW AS BEING FOR EVERYONE BUT THEM! BE A PARENT - YOUR KIDS HAVE ENOUGH FRIENDS.

63. TMZ should do an investigation on Les Deaux for serving underage celebrities drinks. Send a reporter to uncover how these clubs let these girls in and serve them.

The police should close these clubs down that serve to underage guests. Every one knows shes not 21

65. Dear #60, you're only fooling yourself. Lindsay is NOT responsible for this; she's being framed! Her friends and the police are acting together to frame her for this, because they're jealous of what a big star she is, how beautiful she is and how big her celebrity is. It's all racially motivated; they framed OJ, now they're trying to do the same to her! She can't have done this, because she's been through rehab; no one whose been through rehab could do this, from what I've been told. I've partied with her the last 10 times she's been out, and she always had someone else drive her home when she was drunk...

Oh, she's just so misunderstood...

66. If TMZ has her on tape leaving the club at 3:30 they should turn the tape over to the police.
The police should go after the club for serving drinks to a minor.

69. I also saw the Fox segment this afternoon re LiLo
I believe the CEO in question was none other then the Producer who wrote that scathing letter to Linds during the filming of Georgia rules. His slogan on the Fox News segment was "Friends don't let friends drive drunk" (he forgot about Just say No)

Ironic if he is the same guy ( and I belive he was). Suppose he is worried about losing a few bucks about now?
To even ask if the public encourages! ( we only do if we buy $omething!)
I turned it off and grabed my air sickness bag. I'm sure they will play it over and over for those who missed it.

73. I think poor Linsay needs to admit her "life is unmanageable". Such a pity such a talented girl has an addiction problem like this. She is lucky no one was hurt or killed. She needs to be arrested! We support MADD.

74. In CA. your first DUI you don't go to jail, but you have to go to AA classes and pay fines to the court and the DMV, you are on probation. For drugs there is Drug Diversion, you have to attend classes, don't know for how long, and you can be tested at any time, they have to stay clean, also must pay fines to court. Leaving the scene of a accident is another story that can mean loss of license, depends on your lawyer. Also drinking age is 21, in the O.C. bars must close at 2:00 A. M. , don't know in L.A, if they have special permit for after hours. Plus a bar can lose their license for serving anyone under the age of 21. In O.C. can lose license for serving after hours.
