Ashley Judd's Hubby Wins Indy 500

Ashley Judd took time off from freaking out moviegoers with her new film "Bug" -- to cheer on racecar driving hubby Dario Franchitti as he took first place in this year's Indianapolis 500.

Franchitti beat dozens of other riders to take the win in a slightly abbreviated race; the race ended 85 miles short, thanks to an out-of-control rainstorm. The rain didn't stop Judd from jubilantly climbing over the pit wall to congratulate her victorious hubby. Wet tee-shirt, anybody? Franchitti and Judd have been married for almost six years.

63. I cannot believe all the nasty comments about Ashley Judd! I hope the hissy fit stories aren't true. She's actually one of my favorite actresses and such a classic, real beauty in the land of fake bimbos. She seems very intelligent which is also rare in Hollywood. I can see how people would find her pretentious but I think it's just that she is an intimidating package. I hope her marriage is a good one. If you've read anything about her childhood, you must admit it's a wonder she's got it as together as she does... also, I've always gotten the impression that she is very close with Wynnona?? Oh well, congrats to her husband.

64. WOW! People post alot of ugly comments here. I know it's a gossip website but the posters actually act like they KNOW this person. Maybe only in their own shallow pathetic minds. 66. Sure seems like a lot of hugely jealous people are unhappy about a couple of intelligent, committed people practicing their craft. Oh well. As they're not likely to recover from terminal green eyes, I can see how people learn to rather quickly, tune them out.

68. I don't understand the vitriol here. Why not be happy for someone's good news?

70. DeLayne- I am in no way a big fat ugly ass- I am a big fan of Wy's , and I just did not like the way Ashley who weighs 90 lbs soaking wet, criticizing her sister for unhealthy eating habits, when obviously Ashley herself has unhealthy eating habits.. Come On pretty girl but look at how skinny she is, her collerbone sticks straight out..she used her Mom and Sisters popularity to get where she is at- she never paid her acting "dues"

71. How could you not be happy for someone so gleeful. It put a smile on my face to see her like that. I liked her dress too. Liked her better as a blonde but she is a diverse actress and looks great always. She rocked in Heat. I wish other celebs came off as smart as her, and she has class.

72. #20 you seem to trying to be like her. she is great and you are more like Rosie O'Donnell. you must have no class at all.

74. AHHHH! It was a blast! and seeing Ashley and Dr. McDreamy! ;) Pretty bad I live here and this was the first time I went to the race! lol! Besides the down pours it was a good day! and exciting to see her husband win! They did a dinner tonight here in Indy and it was on TV and I jokingly said "She is probably like okay get this over with so we can party for real in LA!!" yea Indiana isn't a "hot" spot for her! haha!

75. #77 Doug - Hey assbag, if you're going to take the time to bash racing, at least get the sport right. The Indianapolis 500 is NOT NASCAR. Let's be honest. Most of the people here are not here to read about racing or even care one whit about it. I happen to enjoy TMZ's gossip AND I like racing. The only reason this story made it here is because Ashley Judd was soaking wet in the Indiana rain and she happens to be married to the guy who won the 500. And by the way, Dario Franchitti won fair and square.

Your rhino is waiting.
