92. I met Charles Nelson Reilly years ago. He was all that he seemed to be on tv - smart, very nice and incredibly funny. So many adored him. It's such a loss that he's gone. My sympathies to his loved ones.

93. Yes, the Teletubby was funny for Falwell, but certainly shows a lack of creativity for Charles Nelson.

94. In order to place a comment, TMZ states: Inappropriate or purely promotional comments may be removed. WHY DON'T YOU FOLLOW YOUR OWN RULES??? Charles Nelson Reilly was a respected entertainer. He was not a less-than respectable televangelist, i.e. Jerry Falwell. Take the teletubby down. HYPOCRITES! You tell us that inappropriate comments are not allowed, yet you instigate and promote it with this type article graphic.

95. RIP Mr. Reilly.
I have enjoyed your work so very much over the years.
Teletubby not appropriate.

96. I don't care if he was gay. He didn't hide it but he didn't flaunt it either or make political waves about gay liberation and homosexual rights. He was a hilariously funny comedian whose brand of comedy was a hokiness that was spontaneous and natural, and I think the Tinky Winky wave is a demonstration of incredible bad taste contemptuously deriding and mocking him for a sexuality he kept private.

98. Charles Nelson Reilly was a really good character actor, and a great character (I think he'd find the telitubbi hilarious; he always had a really self depreciating sense of humor). That laugh he was known for still cracks me up to this day. Some people in Hollywood come & go, and no one really misses them. This man brought so much fun to life, and so much laughter to so many, that he will truly be missed by millions.
Rest in Peace, Charles Nelson Reilly. If anyone deserves peace, it's you...

99. I see nothing wrong with the Teletubbie, as long as you were not disrespecting Mr. Reilly. I was sorry to hear of his passing, he was a funny man.

100. The teletubby is HIGHLY inappropriate to acknowledge the passing of a talented, funny, and kind celebrity. I met him once, and he took time to chat about his work on the Match Game and other projects. For those, who find it ok, are being disrespectful themselves. This isn't a character of a human being, like Jerry Falwell. How would you and your family feel when you pass away and there's a child's TV character waving goodbye in your obituary? This is a site which poses as an information site, not a blog by a 14 year old.

101. Loved CNR on Matchgame with Gene Rayburn. I know... I know... most of you are saying, "who ?" Great funnyman. Everyone knew he was gay in the 70"s. We just didn't understand homosexuality. We would call him "queer". Always had wet lips on Matchgame. RIP CNR.

104. I loved him on the Match Game...he was hysterical, a very funny comedian...Is that all u can come up with TMZ...WTF are your writers stupid or something, or maybe too young to appreciate comedy??? Who cares if he was gay, thats all u can come up with is a teletubby? You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!

105. Johnny Carson always treated gay entertainers with the respect he gave all entertainers. Back when everyone was in the closet, Johnny put on "Lee" Liberace and CNR, to a mass audience, didn't mention they were gay, just put them on because they were talented.
