Why isn't the [California] Alcohol Control Board investigating those clubs where a minor-aged person can become so inebriated that she cannot take care of herself? Why are people standing around taking pictures rather than summoning the police to take her into custody? Waking up in the holding cell may be far more effective than waking up in the ritzy Promises. Since her arrogance is publicly documented [evidence], when she makes her next appearance before a Judge, it will be a disappointment if she is not booked straight into jail. No more promises!
