18. I had a gun exactly like that and it was a pellet gun. You can tell by the holster that it's not a real gun.

21. There ARE coyotes, black bears and cougars (of the non-Demi variety--lol #15, classic comment!) in the remaining wilderness around Malibu...BUT that is not an actual handgun. It is either a flare gun or a pellet gun, as previously mentioned.

26. It's not a toy gun or a pellet gun. It's a springfield XD, which is a real handgun. But considering he's in Cali, it's probably illegal for him to be carrying that gun around. I still support him doing so though. People need to be protected when camping. People have been murdered while camping and people have been attacked by wild animals while camping. There are predator animals in the area where he's camping, believe it or not. And as to the comment that "people need to falsley protect themselves". Well, if one has a gun, and one's life is threatened and they use that gun to save their life.. is that falsely protecting themselves? Get over it, people have the right to have a gun for protection. There's nothing false about the safety that a gun can provide in defending your life. You go ahead and tuck your head between your knees and pray, see how far that gets you. I'll be on Ashton's side, carrying my gun for protection like I always do.

28. There are real holsters like that. That might or might not be a real gun but it definitely ain't paintball. I'm guessing 1) he's not at a state park where packing heat is illegal, 2) if he is packing heat he's got a carry permit and 3) as long as he aint the one drinkin alcohol, he's okey dokey.
