At the same time, I hope she does not get a reduction in jailtime for her DUI, Underage Drinking, Fleeing the scene of an accident & drug possession charges, simply because she fled to rehab (which seems to be the celebrity thing to do). She needs to do time in jail to straighten her pampered poodle ass out...

40. Lindsey needs a rude awakening and hopefully this is it. She deserves a second chance and some; all the people out here making these comments have been through something or know someone who has. Lindsey just happens to be a star in the limelight. I'm not saying she shouldn’t be held accountable but she is human and over the years had very little parenting and more of a buddy in her parents. She’s a good actor and she has suffered at the box office because of her actions but now she needs to suffer with humility. I say hang in there and get better after you are punished!

44. She is damm lucky to be alive and that she didnt take her own life or someone elses in the process. She needs to do jail time look less then 48 hr after the accident and alleged DUI she is caught passed out in a car and boozing it up so did she learn from that earlier accident big fat NO!!! These starlets think they are above the law and that their money and big wig lawyers will fix it for them and these so call Rehabs to the stars.......glorified country clubs that will gladly take the thousands of bux off these people and why not fast money right! I can not understand why some serious intervention is not happening to this kid!
