49. She is damm lucky to be alive and that she didnt take her own life or someone elses in the process. She needs to do jail time look less then 48 hr after the accident and alleged DUI she is caught passed out in a car and boozing it up so did she learn from that earlier accident big fat NO!!! These starlets think they are above the law and that their money and big wig lawyers will fix it for them and these so call Rehabs to the stars.......glorified country clubs that will gladly take the thousands of bux off these people and why not fast money right! I can not understand why some serious intervention is not happening to this kid! 50. THIS IS NEW - SOMEONE GOES INTO REHAB BEFORE THEY HAVE TO GO TO A JUDGE AFTER GETTING IN TROUBLE WITH THE LAW. I HOPE NO ONE IS BUYING THIS CRAP. 51. FYI, her lawyer brought HER, not she brought her lawyer. She'll likely leave after a few days anyway, and it won't do a bit of good. She should be there for at least a year or two, just so she isn't on the road.

52. Going out and getting blitzed till 4 am right after being in a drunk driving accident is NOT normal for anybody! Let alone a 20 yr old. You can't blame TMZ or the other idiots out chasing her for photos and airing her dirty laundry. she owns this one! and let's face it, we LOVE the photos and gossip......why else are we all on this blog LOL

How sad her mother wasn't the one taking her to rehab, but hey, maybe now she has someone checking her in that truely cares for her and wants her to get help...........not out in 24 hours to film her new movie.

Hey, maybe she can hook up with the dude that Brittany met up with at that place. Didn't he go back for more 'rehab'?
I do hope she is able to get healthy. But, I am sure her Lawyer convinced her to go to this Health Resort so the charges piling up against her will be minimalized.

56. She is NOT serious about Rehab. After the accident she was partying again as reports were swirling that she was going to check in. She's only going so she her lawyer can tell the judge that she's already a changed person. However, how serious do you think she's going to take rehab? I personally don't think she'll last. I think she'll get kicked out.

57. I hope she gets better in Rehab. I personally don't think she even needed to go - she's young and having fun, leave the girl alone. She's also a great actress so hopefully she'll work something out and can still be in the movie.

60. This tramp is talentless, so shouldn't even do Lifetime movies. When she gets out of Rehab she has a court date in August. Hopefully they throw her ass in jail. They have alot of charges against her underage drinking (again), drugs, causing an accident. The drugs alone is a felony. Paris will be out by then, she can tell Lindsey what to expect. She probably thinks going to rehab will help her out when she goes to court, to show she's getting help. NOT!! We know she'll be out drinking and drugging again and again she's hopeless. What about her loser mom. She's out there trying to get her 15 minutes of fame off her daughter. Nightclubs should get fined for letting all these underage stupid kids in. If your not 21 you can't come in, no matter who you are!! Lindsey sucks as an actress and singer ( i use those terms loosely). She needs to look for an other line of work, something she's good at like crack whore, stripper, or flasher.
