I agree that a Perfectionist hardly every settle. They are hard on themselves and leave little room for any mistake, they live life with extreme high standards they set for themselves. They expect almost from themselves and is driven by the extreme to ensure they make no mistake . In the same way they expect no less from their partner.

Agree with poster who says Andy would not settle.
Many man who enter into their 1st marriage choses to marry likewise.

48. I believe Andy chose who looked "GOOD ON HIM." The Navy Officer etc. He must present himself, to his friends and officers. Tessa looks good him. I almost am willing to bet that Tessa comes from a $$$ background. I believe where where her family lived in D.C was a ritzy section, more than likely Georgetown. Money talks and Andy was seeking the entire package. I still liked Beva. I thought she was down to earth and it is part of the program but he led her on. I don;t care what anyone says he told her he loved her and was "in love" with her. He played her till Tessa fessed up. Then he dropped Beva. I think Tessa will not stay the duration. I think she will miss her life in S.F.

49. I wanted Tessa from the beginning of the show, I think Andy made the best choice. Tessa wasn't as easy as the other girls, he had to work for her. If they work out it would be great. I do agree that Bevin would make a good next batchelorette. As for the pictures its nice to to see positive pictures for a change.

50. To : #40....I agree l00 per cent....she is ugly..reminds me of a telebubby. Her face is too fat for the rest of her body and she drinks too much. My 60 year old grandmother is more glamorous and pretty. There were no drop dead gorgeous girls on the show...hardly any cute ones. If he were so special., why couldn't he find a girl on his own instead of going before the whole world making a fool of himself. Barf! I'm sure they're many prettier girls in Hawaii...like Lokelani McMichael, the one he used to live with. It didn't take him and Tessa long to live together...no morals for a prissy, prissy. She needs a new hairdo and a make-up artist.

So happy for both Tessa and Andy. Andy made the perfect choice. Tessa is the only one in the group that matches him to the T !

As much as many of the Bevin supporters and even Bevin trying to post here herself. I think she is all wrong for Andy. Too SEASONED, Too mature looking, Too needy, Too freak-out, kind of uncontrollable in many many instances we saw on the show. She is all wrong for most man.

Anyhoo, Andy will live to regret his decision. Maybe Tessa looks good on paper, is a prissy little miss perfect type and all that but here is the mistake that many people make these days when it comes to marriage. They pick who looks good on paper. People find someone who seems "perfect" or has the right background. In doing this, you side step your true love - which the only requirement should be that the person REALLY loves you. NOTHING else matters. NOTHING. Bevin really loved Andy and Tessa is just a wishy washy flake. Andy made a mistake!

56. I liked Bevin because she didn't confuse me with her feelings like Tessa did. Bevin was able to articulate her feelings and did well on camera while Tessa seemed to be contrived and controlling of every situation that I just wanted to turn the whole thing off.

Andy needed a wife who has the poise an officer in the military needs to present to his superiors. And they TRULY love each other!! Why are all of you opposers down on them?? Visible tattoos aren't acceptable on "ladies", esp. in the military upper echilon . Charm is also important to be present and presentable in a lady . And a good chice of words , also. Tessa has class and sentimentality.
I , for one, am SO HAPPY for Andy and Tessa and pray for their union to last forever. Yea for Tessa and Andy -- Lt. and Mrs. Andy Baldwin !!

58. 49--Tessa was so "freaked out" she almost left the show!!! I don't think Beva was "needy." She made a mistake as a youngster so what. Also you know we the viewers only see what they want us to see as far as Tessa goes in telling her feelings. I think they mislead the viewers in thinking the person is going to go for one and then pick the other. They kind of did that with Ryan and Trista. There was another guy she always seemed googled eyed over but she picked the poem writing guy and the one that loved her the best. I think Andy will be sorry. He didn;t do what his heart told him to do at all. He didn't feel the same electricity for Tessa not at all!!

That is funny!! How many times did we hear the word "connection" and "Amazing." TOO MANY!!

I thought you were the most "perfect" bachelor ever on TV. Then, I realized there is no such thing as perfection for mortal beings. It may be you have some kind of perfection hang-up getting in your way of happiness.

When you told both women you loved them, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. It was a lie. Shame on you! How can you be engaged to anyone with that kind of insincerity?

Tessa lives in San Francisco. They don't believe we even need a military in the U.S.A. How are you going to meld such contrasting differences for a lifetime of commitment? It doesn't bode well for a happy-ever-after -ending.

You picked the wrong woman, Andy because Bevin made a mistake you couldn't live with. So did Tessa. And you will be the one with a broken heart in your rush to judge a person unfairly and unwisely.
