Everyone appreciates a good barbecue -- even more when it's Paris Hilton heatin' up the hotdogs!

The sullied socialite had her closest friends over to her pad for a Memorial Day BBQ yesterday, with guests ranging from "Simple Life" co-star and on-again BFF Nicole Richie, to MTV VJ turned D-Lister Simon Rex.

Paris was quiet around cameras when she appeared at her front door for an American flag-hanging photo op, though Rex told photogs the jail-bound blonde is "doing good."

Other guests included Paris' sis Nicky, Brandon "Greasy Bear" Davis, Keisha Cole, director Brett Ratner and Elisha Cuthbert.

20. I started not to comment on this topic,but when i read Keyshia Cole (tmz check the spelling) was partying with that scummy white ho I had to give my 2 cents. First off i love Keyshia but why, why?? Is she hanging out with parasite??!!! That is an odd match-up Keysh is from the bay area in (Cali )for the people that dosen't know. Oakland is rougher than Compton and we all know Parasite dosen't like "lola's" from ghetto hoods so why Keysh why??? I swear anybody that hang with Para' will crash and burn soon enough and i dont want that to happen to my girl.

26. Paris is a JOKE!
Why doesn't Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Nicole Richie get in a bus and drive off a cliff. These girls are just a disgrace. The world would be a BETTER place without these 4 girls in it. And the LAPD is a joke because they know that these Hollywood kids are going into these clubs and drink. And the LAPD is doing nothing about it.

28. My only comment about Paris Hilton is what I would say to anyone who's committed a crime and having a hard time dealing with the consequences. "you" need to mature and realize that when you break the law, it has! consequences and so....if "you" can't do the time, then don't do the crime!"
