When was it decided that pregnant women should wear the tightest, cheesy separates that they could find in order to enhance the view of their big fat guts? She looks bloody revolting. But it's not how much weight she's gained; every woman wearing similar inappropriate gear looks gross. There's nothing "beautiful" about this look; no more than non-pregnant lovehandles or cellulite thighs.

It is really sad to hear such horrible comments from such obviously ignorant people who don't seeem to have much to do but put people down. Salma looks totally normal for a pregnant woman in her last trimester. She is a tiny, curvaceous pregnant woman and she looks beautiful. Most negative comments are probably from men or woman who have never been through pregnancy and don't know how difficult it is for your body to go through so many changes. Give her and all pregnant woman a break, after all, bringing a child into this world is a very important thing. And that is what should be celebrated.

Let me tell you, she can afford to buy her own clothes, she can buy her own home and she can even afford to send you to see a psychologist so that you can deal with all your hatred, racism and biggory. Horrible. When or IF I ever decide to have children...I will not be bearing my stomach to the public for all to see. I don't care how beautiful you are...the clingy maternity clothes are NOT attractive and certainly not elegant. Whey do pregnant women think the whole world wants to see their bulging bodies?

She is overweight, the baby is unlikely to be 50lbs..yes pregant women CAN be overwieght!!! and it can be harmful to both baby and mother
Her boob job combined with the preganancy is certainly making her look "interesting"
She is looking better than in other pics, seems to be manageing much better, but in that get up she looks like the michelin man!!

Salma, what has become of you? Have you lost all of your dignity?? You certainly have lost your fashion sense. Good god, cover that belly up! It is a cute look if you are tall and you haven't gained a ton of weight, but Salma you have gained a ton of weight and you are not tall. Her hubby is a very rich guy and I'm sure she is financially well - off why can't you get clothes that are flattering to you. Have them made just for you, you don't need to buy off the rack clothes. The fact that you are wearing a tee that says , Styling - Sexy - Pregnant is a lie and you should have looked in the mirror before going out in public. You are pregnant but you are not styling or sexy. When is the baby due anyway? #49 you say Sept. If she doesn't deliver in July sometime she is gonna need a fork lift (for her food). Some women are so beautiful when they are pregnant and some are not, sorry Salma.

Salma is not married therefore has no husband, just a baby daddy..dont know what they ar waiting for to get married but oh well they both have more than enough for the child
Its an opinion blog, when you become God you can go ahead and judge as well as pray for the little minded ppl but there are ppl out there who think differently from you....
She still looks pretty but she is having a difficult time of preganacy and does look like the michelin man..preganncy is not an excuse to be fat..yes you do gain weight but not like Salma is expanding at 10lbs a minute...
