17. Same thing happened to me year before last in my 528i. Certain years of BMWs are prone to coolant failure. It fried my engine and trasmission to the tune of $14k in damage.

18. What mystifies me is that she is still driving around after getting her 2nd DUI in the last 4 years. Even though she pled not guilty and the case is still pending, under California, the DMV would have restricted her license, allowing her to drive only to and from work and alcohol classes. I highly doubt a nail salon constitutes her "place of employment" nor was there an AA meeting held concurrently with manis and pedis. In the court's eyes, driving unlawfully under a restricted license is the same as driving on a suspended license. Ritchie may in fact find herself next to her friend if she gets popped.

Additionally, if she is unable to avoid a 2nd conviction, which is likely, she has to complete an 18-month alcohol program and her license is suspended/revoked for 2 years (mandatory CA sentence for 2nd DUI conviction within 10 year period). She can only get her license back early (after 1 year of suspension) if she has a interlock breathalyzer device installed in any car she operates. Now that's a sight I would LOVE to see.

19. Why is this brainless ugly twit even driving? Shouldn't she be in jail somewhere for all her vehicular debacles, like driving under the influence on the wrong side of the highway? Why does she not have a suspended license? My friend's license was suspended on one DUI, and he wasn't endangering lives like Nicole was, but here's this Hollywood skank, still driving around. I don't get it, she's still having well-publicized drug and booze parties and obviously drove under the influence of SOMETHING when she left her own party for orange juice, like I believe she left her own party totally sober to buy orange juice for her trashy friends who were all falling down drunk on drugs and booze?

Thanks, legal eagle, and that would be way cool, installing an interlock breathalizer device in her car, but here she us, driving someone else's car, so WTF, all these skanks are dumber than slugs, but when it comes to beating the law and justice, they know how the system can be manipulated to support their drug and alchohol habits. Maybe we should send letters of complaint to the DA about the special treatment these Hollywood prima donnas receive when the rest of us wouldn't still have our licenses.
