Joel Madden shoulda seen this one coming!

Once again, trouble managed to find Nicole Richie -- behind the wheel -- and she wasn't even driving in the wrong direction! This time, the vehicularly-challenged heiress somehow managed to overheat her rock star boyfriend's BMW 745 in Beverly Hills, just hours before cops nailed Miss Richie with a parking ticket for leaving her wheels in a loading zone while she got her hair refried.

Maybe it's time to take away the keys.

61. Enough is enough about these idiots that are in copetition for publicity. These girls are a big fat zero and they've all proven so. The media thrives in all their trash and shthrows it all in the publics face. Does anyone honestly care about these girls? We all know California is the place to be if we want to commit murder because thats what theese so called girls are doing. The law is on their side so lets all move there and get a Calif. murders licence.I would think the publics had more than enough proof that these girls are retarded idiots. Where does our law say we can ALL be repeat offenders? ONLY IN CALIFORNIA. You girls are a disgrace. If anyone has that great a need to be noticed theres got to be a mental problem, since they haven't a clue how to begin being respected.Oh I get it , it has to be written and come from the bar or some ignorant drug dealer.Life is so precious and these girls haven't any idea how to show respect, so when they kill someone for their famous endevers WHO will be to blame?
