Everyone has a past, it is what made them who they are today. If the info in the custody papers is accurate...she is a good and loving mom. SHE wanted to keep all this info confidential to protect her son....his dad didn't.

82. I can't stop laughing. Anne Heche is accusing husband of masturbating. Perhaps she forgot that she was married to a man? Or is she confused again. 84. You know things like this happen all of the time in our world, and yet it seems that Anne is getting all of the harshness because she is famous. I think people should honestly pay attention to THEIR community and watch out for offenders and "crazy" people instead of sitting around and dissing people they DON'T know.

86. Everyone here is attacking Anne Heche. Remember there are two sides to every story. Here is a man who doesn't want to work but instead feed off her career. She wrote a beautiful account of her time with her son, Homer. Most mommies love their children and I am sure she loves Homer extremely much. Most mommies get custody too and I see no reason why she shouldn't. He is trying to extort her for money. Why can't he get a job????? Incidentally, Anne Heche is fabulous in Men In Trees!!

87. I just want to add that I mistakenly said Anne should get custody of Homer and meant probably she should but I am not inside the situation enough to know. I do see that one thing though and that is that Coley should get a job and stop harassing Anne for huge amounts of money when he looks very capable of working.
