31. Wow, from all the posts it appears that everyone here has a closet devoid of skeletons, driving tickets, boozed up nights, high school hijinks. 34. I am very disappointed in hayden! I like her show Heroes but her judgement i am now starting to question. How can she slam linds but not paris? In my opinion you have to have balance and when you start loosing your balance then you end up eventually in a bad state so we will see now how hayden ends up in i say about five years

38. Hayden looked like a girl being asked a question she didn't want to answer. I think she answered well considering. She didn't choose sides from what I could see. I think TMZ is trying to start controversy. What she said was she felt sorry for Pairs who is facing real consequence and going to jail. Lindsay is hiding in rehab (without the revolving door this time). Who knows if Lindsay faces her consequence she may feel sorry for her as well?

I dont think that Paris doing time is going to change anything.....i give her a month tops before being in trouble again.....she thinks her money can help her out of trouble and them reducing her time from 90 days to 45 days proves that......and Lindsay will never learn either ands dont anyone else see that Paris is bad.........first Nicole.........then Brittany.........now Lindsay who next....................

43. If you think about it, there is quite a difference between Lindsay and Paris's situations and I can see where Hayden is coming from. Paris has yet to go to rehab. Lindsay, on the other hand, has been in and out of rehab so many times that it kind of makes your head spin. Paris admits that she was in the wrong and accepted her sentence, even refusing to appeal to have it overturned. Lindsay, despite being in AA and a frequent flier of rehab clinics, refuses to admit she has any kind of a problem. Paris has had one DUI (.08, which is equal to a small 6 oz glass of wine) and, after a minor probabtion violation, she is doing time. Lindsay has been spotted, and suspected of, driving under the influence...she just has yet to have been pulled over for it. Hilton had only alcohol in her system and, despite what many people here seem to believe, she doesn't have any history of hard drug abuse...not even cigarettes or marijuana. Lohan, on the other hand...well, it's no secret that she does cocaine, smokes marijuana (nicotine cigarettes I believe as well) and drinks regularly...all while UNDERAGE (20 years old).
Lindsay has done so much and caused so much controversy in Hollywood and she refuses to accept responsibility for her own actions...it's always someone else's fault. Paris though, after her DUI, said that she was going to get fast food, but admitted that it was stupid and she should have known better. Of her probabtion violation, she claimed not to have known her license was suspended altogether (she thought she was allowed to drive for work purposes)...but she also said that she should've made sure she was clear on everything before driving. She was completely sober and cooperative when she was pulled over and brought in...I imagine Lohan would have a drunken-drugged Diva meltdown if in the same position.
Hayden is her own person. Just because she has been seen with Paris or tends to sympathize with her more, it doesn't make her a bad person. Hell, Lindsay was on her own way down before she became linked with Paris and continues to destroy herself even though Paris has nothing to do with her anymore. I have never heard anything about Hayden being caught drinking, smoking or doing drugs. And, if she hangs out with Paris occasionally, maybe it's a sign that there's something about Nicole, Lindsay, Brtiney and others moreso than a problem with Paris herself.
Hayden is talented and she is close with her mother and siblings...we know Lindsay isn't and Britney is a whole trailer-park of issues on her own. Nicole has issues in general having been adopted and, likely, not been as close with her parents as most people when they were younger. The point is, Hayden has a strong support system with her family and it is HIGHLY doubtful that she will end up in either of these girls' shoes because of it.
It doesn't matter how many movies Lindsay has been in either, you vapid sycophants. Just because she's been in more movies than Hayden doesn't mean she's simply jealous. She's been in a few, but at what cost? It won't be long until she becomes unhireable because of her behavior...who'd want to insure an actress like her?
