20. Celebs get special treatment, bottom line.

I lived in California for 10 years. The second I hit the limit of "points" on my record....boom, license was instantly suspended for 6 months. They didn't waste ANY time, people. My friend had points on his record and at one point they flat out REVOKED it when he made the mistake of running a stop sign in our neighborhood. It was one incident too many as far they were concerned. (roll eyes.)

Nicole drives the wrong way on the freeway, probably under the influence on top of it...and she's still driving. Gee, why is that I wonder?? Being a so-called "star" (coughcoughBWWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH!coughcough) and Lionel Richie's daughter couldn't have anything to do with it. cough. nope.

21. Everyone knows how messed up these spoilt brat Hollywood Princesses are above the law, but apparently the justice system itself is badly messed up. Mind you, they did vote for that female grabbing Arnie. I'm not terribly surprised that California is one big joke.

24. Nicole was truthful with officers and admitted up front she was on illegal narcotics.
She entered into rebalb
she did not roll her eyes and pout about the unfairness & inconvenience of it all.
I don't think they are as worried about Nicole at this time.
Paris on the other hand gave every clue she was going to do what heck she wanted to do.She turned down community service assuming, no expecting she was going to get out of everything.

25. I feel very badly for Nicole and every other beautiful rich person who has to put up with these silly laws put in place to keep peasants in line. These poor young trampy talentless stars deserve our adoration because they are beautiful (well, not nicole - her face looks like someone put silly putty on an infant olsen twin photo and farted on it and stretched it out, in that order) and deserve special treatment. Re: Nicole's face, It's a good thing she's got such a BEAUTIFUL body to make up for it. Most biracial people have such beautiful facial features... perhaps Lionel should ask for a pat. test. :)

TMZ, i'm w/giggles on this. i LOVE IT! i'm glad someone has the balls to go out there and ask what a majority of your bloggers would like to know, which is, how in the H_LL do these celebtards get away w/this??? what is wrong w/the state of california that they let these people get away w/what the average joe would have to ACTUALLY be held accountable for??? underage drinking??? public drug use??? DUI?? it's pathetic. i can't stand nicole richie. i saw part of her interview w/ryan seacrest and ....someone needs to slap her hard across her face. i read her email where she said she didn't even know what memorial day was all about, start starving yourself now...etc. i hope she doesn't come to the florida panhandle...she's a joke!
