Well I hope that Lindsay gets what she deserves, just because she is "rich and famous" doesnt mean she can get away with things.I mean it does happen to a lot of celebrities, but they are all like the rest of us except with more money.I think that if you do the crime you do the time, they are regular everyday people with lots of money.Its a shame that they can get away with stuff just because they are rich.I dont understand why they dont I.D the younger celebrities when they go to party.I get carded everytime I buy alcohol and Im 27 years old, I thinks its all bull crap.Im tired of hearing about Lindsay and Paris and Brittany, get over it people!

26. This is the very reason that it is so difficult to follow through on rehab. Leave her alone and don't taunt her with crap like this. She doesn't have a parent to explain that there will be other events down the road she can attend when she is healthy.
It's a very shallow world she lives in and I doubt any of the bottom feeders including her Mom will let her take a pass because she is financially and socially feeding them all. It is a very sad life she has right now. I wish I could help her somehow.

Poor poor Lindsay... She's on self-destruct mode, watch! She's still in that arrogant age where she thinks she's immortal and everyone around her is stupid and just don't know.

Her control is leading to another ANS tragedy... Lindsay, you need to look at archives of Jay Leno where you said you would not follow in the footsteps of other young actressess in drug/alcohol troubles... you were so sweet and uninfluenced back then.

Don't throw your life away to drugs!!! Get counseling about your family troubles. It's not too late. You're still young and this is the time to change. You first have to admit you need guidance.

28. Lindsey Lohan, Brittany, etc. are no different than the kids at my daughters high school. They just have a lot more money to blow on partying. I live in a low crime, rural area where you wouldn't think there is rampant drug use--- but there is. I bet half the kids are hooked on perscription pain killers. My daughter has seen kids crush pills and snort them right in the class room. They are so ignorant they will snort anything that someone tells them will give them a buzz. One girl was snorting a Zoloft in class. She might have accidentally helped herself. One day my daughter acutually saw a girl snorting a crushed pill off of the toilet seat. We have teenagers going to the methadone clinic. We have kids hooked on meth amphetamines. Some of them combine pain pills and methadone bought on the street and die. All the overdoses now are linked to methadone and most don't survive. These are not trashy kids. It cuts across all social classes (athletes,Honor Society members, lawyers & doctors kids). The kids that do go on to the local college bomb out from too much alcohol & drugs. How I wish these kids could go to a good rehab program like the celebrities. The health insurance around here usually just pays fora 3 day detox in the hospital, which is hardly ever effective. All the local police and the DEA want to focus on is marijuana, which is the very least of the problem. Kids don't die from smoking pot.

29. I'm a bartender in the High Desert, in California. The state law is that everyone is required to be 21 years old to be served alcoholic beverages! In most places, they don't even get in (although some do, usually if accompanied by adults). But the bars/nightclubs that happen to allow entrance for anyone under age ARE NOT TO BE SERVED -- that is the law throughout the state!

What I don't "get" is; -- how are these "KIDS" getting served?! It seems that they don't even try to be 'covert' about it! They prance around and make sure they get their pictures snapped, while staggering and puking all over the place and then later, passing out in the cars -- completely "ragged-out", eyes half open, and jaws hangin' down (lookin' like my old drunken Uncle Irv, instead of some Hollywood *starlet*)! Real *SEXY*, eh?! Argh-hh!!! :-(

Anyway, where I live and work, if we're caught (even unknowingly) serving someone that's underage, the owner can LOSE HIS LIQUOR LICENSE! What's with these places in LA and surrounding areas? I just wonder why nothing is ever even mentioned about that FACT!!! Seems that the club owners and managers, and the cops just wink and let 'em slide!

I used to work for a guy that LOST HIS LICENSE, AND THEN HIS BAR and everything he owned when an underage (teen) had gotten drunk, left the bar at closing time (with a plain-clothes cop following him in an unmarked car). Just as he was preparing to stop him, THE COP SAW THE KID RUN A RED LIGHT & SMASH INTO A CAR -- KILLING THAT DRIVER, AND THE TEEN HIMSELF WAS KILLED! The cop witnessed the whole thing -- just as he was preparing to get his flashing lights going, and pull the guy over, it happened that fast -- right before his eyes!

Bottom line is -- three family's lives were changed (and ruined forever)! Two dead, the bar's owner lost everything (after he was sued by the two families) and the cop was suspended and then demoted to a desk job. All of this because a stupid kid had a fake license, and was served! The cop had been suspicious that he was underage, when he saw him leave the bar, so he was in the wrong too, without dealing with it before he'd even gotten in the car.

These Hollywood bars had better worry that one of these drunken 'brats' is going to kill someone! It will happen, sooner or later, if they keep serving them!

30. Apparently Lindsay's lesbian lover - DJ Samantha Ronson - has been pre-arranging those "pit-stops" where in Lindsay can be photographed "passed out". Samantha has been collecting hefty fees from the paparazzi who gladly pay for that privilege. That explains the nature of those pics: up close and personal. (A real friend would have simply rushed off an inebriated pal home, away from prying eyes!)
