61. As other have pointed out in the past the era Movie Stars and other high profile people all had a chauffer to drive them around town. Which I think is much more benefitting the qualities of stardom. So, the question is are they just cheap or afraid that the driver might see them doing something and or someone they might be embarassed over?

63. Ok people, here we go again.....another celeb caught for DUI. There is a reason why this is happening.............because they only get scolded. Start throwing the asses in jail, and maybe they will start understanding that driving under the influence is a dangerous crime, not only to them but innocent others around them.

68. I guess it depends how intoxicated he was before I could really judge Shemar. He seems like a level headed guy. But #4 is right about drinking at home instead of having your favorite glass of wine with your dinner at a restaurant. I will have one but never two if I am out and always with a meal. I drink my second glass at home if I am so inclined. Frankly I get tipsy after one glass so I I don't think I could drive safely drinking any more than that.

69. A drunk driver hit my friends car and killed both of her young daughters. It's funny, not once has anyone mentioned if
the drunk was good looking. Drunk driving is WRONG no matter what you look like and I hope he gets the harshest punishment possible. Maybe it will make him think about someone besides himself next time.

Drinking (too much) and driving is not a new unknown law or somethnig unique. Hollywood was not written in as a community that is exempt from what the rest of us must abide by.
Their "star" status and inability to comply should not sway the star struck judges from performing their job in accord with the oath they took.
You drink and endanger me while you drive drunk, you should go to jail.

72. Better these people drink at home and stay off the roads. There are enough accidents on the highways to go around with sober people driving. We don't need drivers under the influence to make more accidents.
