I chose it because of the nature of this story, so others would know there was at least ONE poster here who is not a sniveling bigot. One doesn't have to create a profile on TMZ Ellis, in case that escaped your attention, so anyone can call themselves whatever they like. I think it rather obvious that I'm educated, and something tells me you merely bring up the subject because you don't like the fact that I don't come here and agree with this racist garbage. 77. It is not my responsibility to know if these women were educated properly. It is my responsibilty to ensure that my three children are educated and protected fromthe world and the evils that lurk at every corner and even in the suburb that i live in. So far I am doing a good job but once they leave the nest I am afraid of the vulture of the world who may harm them or worse. I just wish that people would realize that all sterotyping is way not cool.

86. What are we talking about here? This is not a black or white issue. It is simply an issue of an ignorant individual who perpetuates the stereotype that we fight so hard against. There are white people that do the same thing. I'm a very successful, articulate, educated, intelligent, polite young black female. I wasn't raised in the "ghetto", nor do I live there. I grew up with both of my parents. I don't have a "baby daddy". I know who my daughter's father is. A good man, who doesn't cuss, smoke, drink or carry a gun. I do agree with the gentleman who said that only a pussy will pull a gun. And that is what Game is. I don't feel that anyone owes me anything. My daughter does not watch BET or MTV for that matter. She only watches shows that are for children's eyes, not because of the culture of audience it draws. I like some rap, the same way I like some country. I grew up on country music. I listen to everything. I don't confine to one type of music. Yes we are different, but that's what makes us all unique. We can learn different things from each other. What's so funny is that most of the white people on this blog making these racist comments probably have black friends at home that they associate with. So that makes you fake. You can't be real with yourself. If you don't care for blacks then don't deal with them at all. It's sad that this situation has turned into a racial debate instead of dealing with the situation at hand. It's sad that you have to resort to hate because you have nothing else intelligent to say. It's not fair to generalize an entire group of people based on the actions of a few ignorant assholes. Would it be fair if I said that all white people sleep with their kids? Did you know that the matriarch and patriarch of child molesting is a white couple? Timothy McVeigh was a white man and he didn't give a damn about killing his kind as well. Jeffrey Dahmer is a white man and it wouldn't be fair for me to say that all white people are cannibals. I have the serial killer encyclopedia and 90% of the men and women in that book are white. And they mostly killed their own kind. Just as there is black on black on crime, there is white on white crime. I know plenty of white women who have 5 or 6 kids and they all have different fathers. I know plenty of white men and boys who wear their pants down to their ankles. Meanwhile, not one black man in my family does. I know plenty of white people, like some of you, who make racial slurs but try in every aspect of their life to emulate the black stereotype. Not the culture but the stereotype. Because I live against it, what you say doesn't have a negative effect on me. I have laughed at most of your comments. They don't show your intelligence, but the lack thereof rather. To Maggie D #72, who said she made some racial comments earlier because everyone else was doing it and she was sorry? Make no mistake, darling, we are not looking for an apology from you on how you really feel. Why apologize for your true feelings, you have a right to feel the way you do. Don’t backtrack. All you did was let the world know that you are a follower and not a leader. I know white people who you couldn’t have paid to say the things you said. The only way you could have said them is because it is the true sentiments of your heart.

89. DeDe, Yeah girl, and you just brought your own truth to the table as well. Seems you can quote white crime statistics easily. Even though you are a black sister, don't try and preach that it's all about ignorance cuz it's about the racism against whites that you grew up with. Maybe not so blantantly, but you are no white person lover either. I am a black female and I did not grow up in the projects either. I stick to my own kind mostly. Yesterday I wrote some comments that now I am ashamed of too against the white folks. Not because it's in my heart as you say, but because i was defensive over things said here about my race and sterotypes of my race. Truth is, I was angry and hurt. I don't hate white people and do feel that we should all ban together as Americans because we have quickly become the laughing stock of the world with our war going on. I'm tired of the hate and am sorry for what i wote yesterday. can't a person be sorry?

Even more troubling than the absolute number of persons in jail or prison is the extent to which those men and women are African-American. Although blacks account for only 12 percent of the U.S. population, 44 percent of all prisoners in the United States are black.

Proof is in the numbers. Whether you like it or not, the african american community is more prone to commit crimes, as well as to be sent to prison. Not saying whites, asians, or hispanics aren't committing crimes, but.................... there not offing each other in record numbers.
