Moore Controversy -- Is Shemar Still a Whiner?

Just a few days after Shemar Moore was popped for DUI in Los Angeles, the "Criminal Minds" actor was spotted yesterday -- raising his wine glass during a CTV party in Toronto! Not the Shemartest move when you're waiting to face a judge over an alcohol-related misdemeanor charge!

Moore, who we're told has penchant for partying, was also spotted in Las Vegas about a week before the DUI incident. According to well-placed sources, Moore was having "one hell of a time" as he cruised for chicks during a late-night visit to Tryst nightclub at the Wynn.

We're told the actor was "really friendly" with fans (the same fans he met earlier that day at the Hard Rock Pool), even posing for a few pictures before moving on to the next club.

Hopefully, he took a cab.

16. This is nothing more than nitpicking. I can take liquor or leave it, but see nothing wrong with a person having a social drink or two.

19. He's at an event having a drink and this is a problem? Paris and Lindsay didn't get this much yapping and they're hold up in "facilities".
I'm extending an Open Invite to Shemar (and all other adults (NO trainwrecks) who want to hang out and not be nitpicked and photographed for every little "move, shot and snort") to the nation's Capitol! Shemar PLEASE come to DC (my house) and "drink and drive" all you want! We have great taxi services and yes, they will pick a brother up! I have a fully stocked bar in the house, a short hallway and a high tolerance! No "automobile" driving necessary

24. On the other hand, why not go out and have a glass of wine. You can't just hide out at home. Continue to go out, drink responsibly if you must and show people that you are still in the game and handling your business properly.

26. I saw this guy at the Post Office on Beverly once. He was carrying his headshots and signed them for the postal workers and various patrons. I had no clue who he was until one of the postal workers said (and I am not kidding), "Shemar! I saw your movie Diary of a Mad Black Woman and there was hardly nobody in the movie theater! And no one was laughing! But I was. I think you sexy!" I could hardly contain my laughter while filling out my change of address form. Then he said, "Well, but did you see it in a black theater?" And she said, "Oh yes, this was in Harlem!" So he didn't have much to say after that. Poor Shemar.
