Moore Controversy -- Is Shemar Still a Whiner?

Just a few days after Shemar Moore was popped for DUI in Los Angeles, the "Criminal Minds" actor was spotted yesterday -- raising his wine glass during a CTV party in Toronto! Not the Shemartest move when you're waiting to face a judge over an alcohol-related misdemeanor charge!

Moore, who we're told has penchant for partying, was also spotted in Las Vegas about a week before the DUI incident. According to well-placed sources, Moore was having "one hell of a time" as he cruised for chicks during a late-night visit to Tryst nightclub at the Wynn.

We're told the actor was "really friendly" with fans (the same fans he met earlier that day at the Hard Rock Pool), even posing for a few pictures before moving on to the next club.

Hopefully, he took a cab.

33. Is there a problem with his women being white? Isn't he half white? I'm far more concerned about how much he drinks than the color of the women he hangs out with. I really hate to see this!

39. Glad they have pics. Someone commented he was gay. He came to my city for a grand opening at a local store. He really does love the ladies. But, I know he is biracial but none of the girls in the pics r black., hhhhmmm.

40. Why are people tripping about the race of the women? It's not a pic from Shemar's personal collection. It is a pic that he took with some fans. I've also seen him in pics with black female fans. I'm just glad to see him getting some attention. Maybe if the paps stalk him he'll start getting more quality gigs. He's an excellent actor and very easy on the eyes.

43. Here's a question.... if Shemar was there to promote CM, how come there are no mention of any of the other cast members or even pictures of at least one of them partying with him, since they're friends outside of work after all?

C'mon people, we all know how fond the press is of exaggeration... after all, the juicier the story, the more interest it sells, right? Someone sees Shemar with a glass of wine, snaps a pic, and suddenly he's parting hard and hasn't stopped drinking. Or a pic taken posing with fans has turned into him cruising for chicks. Tell me, because he's been arrested for a DUI should he never have another ounce of alcohol again or should he never pose with fans for a picture because he'll be labelled as a player? Oh wait here's the best one... if he DOES pose with fans should he always make sure there's one of every race so no one has a hissy about it?

Because I've seen a copy of the arrest record, I'll believe the DUI, and yes I am disappointed in his actions... but as for anything else... I'll reserving judgment and I'm not giving up on him; he's still one of my favourite actors. After all just because he's a celeb doesn't mean he's infallible. He's still human and capable of making dumb mistakes just like the rest of us, only his unfortunately, are publicized and paraded for all to see. Shem's not perfect, but still pretty damn close as far as I'm concerned.

44. wow....... some salty haters on this webpage!! dont be mad that you arent in the pic with him! relax.... its tmz.com! I have met and seen Shemar in vegas and he was a really nice dude. so what that he took pictures with girls at a nightclub? or that he was drinking? yes the DUI sucks..... but people make mistakes all the time and make bad decisions...
the pictures are of him enjoying himself.. it was memorial day weekend!!!
