Moore Controversy -- Is Shemar Still a Whiner?

Just a few days after Shemar Moore was popped for DUI in Los Angeles, the "Criminal Minds" actor was spotted yesterday -- raising his wine glass during a CTV party in Toronto! Not the Shemartest move when you're waiting to face a judge over an alcohol-related misdemeanor charge!

Moore, who we're told has penchant for partying, was also spotted in Las Vegas about a week before the DUI incident. According to well-placed sources, Moore was having "one hell of a time" as he cruised for chicks during a late-night visit to Tryst nightclub at the Wynn.

We're told the actor was "really friendly" with fans (the same fans he met earlier that day at the Hard Rock Pool), even posing for a few pictures before moving on to the next club.

Hopefully, he took a cab.

49. Funny to view these pictures of Shemar. Who every gave the story or even got tipped off to the story shoud double check information. The spots where he's seen at isn't Las Vegas in fac it's MIAMI. Shemar was there on the weekend of the 19th of may.
Don't believe me me? that picture was taking on Ocean Drive, you can even see the beach in the background. What beaches of luxuary are in the desert?

52. Well well well. Another opportunity for the media to hone in on one our black actors and issue his dirt. Why not throw the dirty laundry on some of our other famous people like Bush and that crazy senseless war he has the States involved in and the lie he told to begin the war. I think the media and people ought to get a life and some business. Sure it is a bad example to set for our young people but really, he didn't kill anybody of infect anybody with HIV. He certainly didn't start a senseless war. There are other actors to pick on and for greater causes. Wonder just how many everyday ordinary people are caught for DUI and it hit the headlines? None!!!

53. Shemar is a loser. Obviously, he thinks getting drunk is perfectly acceptable. Based on his drunken escapades in Toronto, only highlight that he only thinks of himself. Getting drunk and driving could have killed someone!

56. People need to take DUI more seriously. This is why innocent people are killed, while the drunk's still survive. This needs to stop. I looked at a episode of Oprah last week where a family lost their daughter to a drunk driver. Of course he survives; however, the mother had to hold her daughter head on the side of the road. The seat beat sliced her head off people!!! That was how hard she was hit. Think about it! PLZ.

Side Note: What is up with all the "pretty girls" but no pretty blk women in the pic??? NO disrepect just curious.....

57. Ha! Protect Yourself From Hollywood? Now that's funny. Looks like he should've followed his own advise since Hollyood and it's surroundings are driving him to drink which is causing him to be a safety hazard. Think I'll get one made to say, Protect Yourself From Shemar Moore.

I know in his heart he know whats right and wrong, I tell you when you want to do right sometimes you find yourself doing things you ought not to do.
I met him apx 5 years ago in Maryland at a church he attended and he gave his life to Christ. Mr. Moore get connected with a spiritual leader better yet pick up the word of God (bible) and read for youself let God direct you path before you gown down a road of destruction. Besides you've tried everything else. Much pray for you my brother God is not finished with you yet.
