TMZ has learned that Paris Hilton DID have to undergo a cavity search as part of the booking process at the jail.
The NY Post reported this morning that Paris was not required to undergo the customary 'bend over and cough' search for contraband upon checking in to jail. Not true!
TMZ has learned that Paris was forced to endure the "search." Humiliation at its finest!
No word on if they found anything during the exploration.

35. Cavity searches are NOT done as part of routine prison/jail intake. Anyone who has been to jail or prison knows this to be true. Cavity searches are ONLY done when contraband is SUSPECTED or reported by reputable source (and yes, I work in corrections)

She was sued once, and the person stated in the claim that Paris had harrassed him because he thought he was doing her boyfriend a favor by letting him know that Paris had Herpes. The fact that Paris, never denied, never sued, etc... would seem to indicate that he was correct.

38. Thanks for posting Bosshawg. I suspected either it was a lie or if it was done there was a special reason for it, like a tip. If that's the case...she deserves it.
I love it when the posters are actually people who know what they are talking about and can actually add some real information to the dialogue.

45. why would anyone lie about the cavity search--it's not like the cops want to touch that used up thing anyway. you couldn't sell the pictures because almost everyone has seen that thing already. now that the cops have seen it, maybe they'll quit stopping her just to hit on her.
