Celebrity Justice
City Attorney Wants Paris Back in Jail NOW!

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion asking the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to have her returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."

Late this afternoon, the judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT tomorrow.

316. Thank god this attorney is not obsessed with celebrities. Paris is no better than anyone else. If this is the way our laws are going to act when it comes to a so-called celebrity, why don't we just toss all the laws out the window. California is the dumbest, celebrity ass-kissing state in the world.

317. Some of us in california are not celebrity obsessed. I feel any celebrity that breaks the law should be treated like anyone else. They have all kinds of people in prison. Sick, wheel-chair bound, blind, mentally unstable. I see no one letting them out.

318. She should go back to jail to serve her time! The person who let her go should be fired! Was he paid off!! This is a shame to the justice system what a joke!!

319. WAY TO GO CITY ATTORNEY--DELGADILO---I am so glad there will be a hearing today.
But, Paris's attorneys will probably use medical excuses again and get her back in her
mansion by tonight. This is an outrage, as she was given a very fair amount of days in
jail, but managed to slip the time and thumb her nose once again to the
consequences of driving recklessly, DUI, speeding 70 mph without headlights and saying it is only because the cops wanted to "hit" on her. I hope Judge Sauer does not back down on his original ruling. The LA County Sheriff and his department should be ashamed of themselves. But , we only have to look back at all the other celebrities who have gotten light sentences to see this LA County is celebrity blind and gives celebrity
justice.

320. It would really be funny to see her mother Kathy share the cell with her daughter - afterall she raised the brat not to mention lowered the standards for the entire Hilton family. Oh the shame of it all.

Paris go to jail - live up to your own words that you would do the responsible thing. Read a book or write poetry. Get over yourself - we have. In fact the more we hear of you - the more we are sickened by you. Work for the good of everyone - not just your good. You are not very nice and the further shame of that is you don't even know it.

You need to ask those people who you hire to read to you to read some of the negative stuff. You might not be aware of how much hate you inspire. It's a shame really.

Well, anyway - GO TO JAIL. NOW!

322. Unbelievable! I think the only medical issues she has are alcohol related. Put the girl back in jail where she belongs.

325. Thanks to Mr. Rocky Delgadillo, for sticking to his guns. Whether she was driving w/o a license or she killed someone it makes no diff. she broke the law. She shoul have gotten more time but she should be thankfull for all the attention she is getting whether they are true ones or just a bunch of phonies.

327. She is a wuss. I did time in county, and yes it sucks.
But 45 days by herself shouldn't make her freak out.
She's not even in general population.
She doesn't have to worry about mingling with the peasants.
And I bet she's NOT a trustee,
which means that she isn't cleaning toilets,
or anything like that.
Just reading and watching tv...
POOR PRINCESS.
That spoiled brat shouldn't act like she can handle it,
then only stay 3 days.

Good call City Attorney!

put her back she isnt special she just has cash.
i do not wish jail on anyone but she should pay her dues just like everyone else.

329. I heard that her medical condition was crabs, can anyone verify this? My friend who works at the jail told me this and would like to confirm it?

330. I 100% feel that Paris should be back, however, I think people should be a little understanding....many of us are middle class and would be just as scared to go to jail, do not mock her for it. Besides we should all be pissed at the people that let her out, not her.
