City Attorney Wants Paris Back in Jail NOW!

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion asking the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to have her returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.

In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."

Late this afternoon, the judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT tomorrow.

77. I'll tell you exactly what happened...the team of Hilton lawyers (by the way, far better paid and more talented than what L.A. County has to offer, i.e., remember the O.J. Dream Team??) threatened to slap a multi-million dollar negligence lawsuit against L.A. County if the little princess even got a sniffle!! Naturally, L.A. County caved because they do not have the where withal to mount a defense against the Hiltons.

78. Okay, so if she has a mental problem, in law enforcement terms that would make her a
WIC 5150 then she should have remained in custody and put in a physc ward. Put her butt
back in jail.

79. #46 Mother--well stated. As a mom, I'm with you. It is about time this diseased, filthy woman: Paris Hilton had to face the music.

82. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is my hero. He's moving fast too. *applauds* He wants Paris to serve her full sentence -does that mean the 45 days minus the 3 she's served? That would be really wonderful. : )

Judges get royally pissed, when their rulings, commands, and directions are toyed with. I hope the sheriff lands in jail for contempt. That would be awesome!!!

83. Jannie...if u feel so sorry for the chic...why don't you go serve her time out for her....tell THAT to the many that have lost loved ones to being killed by drunk drivers....those people have "death sentences"....and their families are serving "life sentences".

84. No, Rocky, no! You can't do this! One sane person in the entire judicial/law enforcement ranks of the state of California? How will you survive? Oh, wait. Maybe Judge Sauer is sane too and he might slap some pee pees in the brilliant sheriff's department while slapping dahling Paris back in the clinker. Gee, do ya think? Hey, where do you suppose O.J. stands on this issue? Ahhhh, maybe he will hire private detectives to find out who was really driving Paris' car in a drunken manner. I suspect a conspiracy here, don't you?

85. BOYCOTT EVERYTHING THAT IS PARIS HILTON!!!! That's what I say we, the public and papparrazi, should do. Don't take her picture anymore at events she shows up for, don't watch her stupid show, stop caring what PARIS HILTON is doing. I think that would be the worst punishment she could ever have. If we just boycotted her from this point forward! Spoiled, rich, brat!!!! She obviously thinks she's better than everyone else because of who she is and doesn't think she has to answer for her crimes.

86. I certainly hope that the judge makes the sheriff jump through hoops to justify his criminal actions in this...and then I hope they investigate him, because you know money greased the wheels. Neither the judge nor prosecutor were persuaded by Hilton money before, hopefully that will hold true tomorrow as well!

88. Dear Dr. Charles Sophy: (e-mail address doctorsophy@yahoo.com)
I need one of those “sick” notes you sell to help me get out of a jam. I’m not really sick, but I know that means nothing to you as long as I can pay. I’m glad ethics and sound medicine are not an issue for you. How much do you charge to say I have a medical condition to help me escape my responsibilities?

Thanks so much.

90. The attorneys can't claim double jeopardy - it doesn't apply here. DJ means that you can't be tried for the same crime twice. Paris was already found guilty and sentenced - she is not being tried again, only possibly serving her sentence (we can hope) back in jail instead of her luxurious bachelorette pad.
