31. Does this mean they will pick up the bitch and make her stay in jail???? Let's get real now. This at home bit is a joke. She is not sick and if this was anyone else, their ass would still be in jail. I think the person who made the decided to let Paris go home should have their ass fired. This was just way wrong and makes LA looks like losers big time. One set of rules for the rich and one for everyone else.

32. Our system here in L A is a joke. That's why the juries vote not guilty to so many felons. Because of the rich people who are getting away with murder.Phil Spector might also get away with it.

If a prisoner doesn't eat they get a court order to intravenously feed them. They have doctors, psychs and nurses there to treat them.

Now last year there was a guy who was charged with murder, who was at a Dodgers game and there was a videotape by news crews to prove it, and the D A wanted to still charge him with murder.

I think it is f'n ridiculous that she got sent home for being sick?!
I have never heard of an inmate getting sent home from jail for having a so-called "medical condition..
Just wonder how much the Hilton's had to pay off the judge to let her out..

37. Allowing Parris Hilton to serve out the remainder of her term under house arrest
would be a joke. She has defied authority from the start. This would send
absolutely the wrong message that if you have a famous name or a lot of money
(or both), you can dictate where you serve your sentence.

Of course, if making the justice system look like a walk in the land of Oz,
then, by all means, put her under house arrrest. But What is the point of
the electronic moniroring? Guess where she is going to go first chance she gets?

42. What happpens if all the other inmates stop eating the food and fake a nervous breakdown? They should be set free also. This has set a precedent. Paris should only be allowed family to see her and noparties at her house while she is "incarcerated".
