Judge to Paris: Get Back Here STAT!

TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing. She could be sent BACK to the slammer!!
Paris Hilton
Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case.

32. To be fair, it is not Paris's fault they let her out. It's the stupid Sheriff's Dept.

34. Actually, I feel sorry for her ... if i were ever incarcerated, i would be an emotional mess, too... panic attacks,... suicidal thoughts....

let freedom ring!

35. If she doesn't serve her sentence, it's a slap in the face to the Judge and to our legal system. I can't help but wonder if her parents have normal intelligence. Conrad Hilton, her great-grandfather left his fortune to the Catholic Church and other charieties. Barron Hilton, his son, congtested the will & won. Possibly Conrad knew his off springs didn't have any common sense, muchless values or ethics. Paris & her parents certainly reinforce this theory.

36. Another cavity search? Wow, TWO sex tapes to look forward to. I feel sorry for the person who has to do the cavity search while Paris is having a herpes outbreak. YUCK! Double up on the gloves and hang a warning over her cell, do not enter without proper protection.

37. If there is any justice in the system she needs to go back to jail. She spit in the face of justice by driving after being convicted. Letting her out now just confirms what she believes that she's "special." She won't stay at home for 40 days, she'll say the braclet gives her a rash and demand it be removed. When she kills someone next time she'll claim it's the laws fault. Put her lawyer and psychologist in jail also for pushing to get her out.

38. I say, the judge is trying to make an example of paris, the same way they wanted to make an example out of rappers when they incarcerated tupac shakur on a bogus rape charge.

I literally, can not stand paris hilton, i think she is a shallow piece of trash. But this outcry of injustice over a traffic violation smacks of jealousy and people wanting to watch some famous person suffer.

Don't waste the county's space on people who aren't a threat or danger to society.

WHAT WE SHOULD DO IS BOYCOTT ANY MEDIA OUTLET OR ENTERTAINMENT NETWORK/PRODUCTION COMPANY who hires or gives coverage of her untalented ass.

I don't think she needs to be in jail, the whole thing seems stupid to me.

39. Los Angeles is a laughing stock in the world, even though Los Angeles County citizens are visibly upset over this latest decision. Judge Sauer has it in his control to truly make a decision that will tell the world that Los Angeles County isn't ruled by celebrity do-nothings. City Atty Rocky - you have my vote for the rest of your life - whether you did this for political reasons or not. And Sheriff Lee Baca, your days are numbered.

42. THE RIGHT HAND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING....WHAT KIND OF JUSTICE SYSTEM DO THEY HAVE OVER THERE IN L.A..........TERRIBLE WASTE OF TAXPAYERS MONEY (THOSE OFFICIALS-ESCPECIALLY THAT SHERIFF WHO'S A JOKE)......

43. Apparently, rumor has it she suffered a really bad herpes outbreak due to all the stress...
Hope she gets thrown back in though, there are physicians in prison.

44. I get the strong feeling that Paris has absolutely no clue how pissed off everybody is about her getting special treatment. She's probably at home feeling sorry for herself.

45. Paris's crew f'd up. If she had gotten released on Fri. she'll be guaranteed the weekend free from jail since courts don't work weekends. Let's hope she gets sent back to beautiful Lynwood on the spot. Also, make sure there's no White Bronco to help her make a getaway.
