Paris Hilton
Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.

TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case.

998. 1023. I think we must wait to judge. Ms. Hilton may have a serious health condition that we are not aware of. Perhaps it is better that she be at home where she can be better treated for her illness. Also, her illness may be something that other inmates would be exposed to, therefore endangering their health. Sending her home may be a preventative measure.

I think if her "illness" were that serious, she would have been sent to a hospital,,,,not a mansion!

999. This is an absolute outrage! And a slap in the face to all victims of a DUI offender.

I hope she is told to work with victims' families after her release....that would be a stark dose of reality

1000. I am tired of the rich and famous playing fast and loose with our laws! I am tired of the "powers that be" being star struck and allowing those people to get off...they should not get preferencial treetment! If I was in the same boat...no one would show me any mercy! I think criminals need to serve their WHOLE SENTENCE period! They should also be forced to work for their keep...why should we have to pay for them with our hard earned money? Let them grow or raise their own food...etc! If they can't do the time...they need to follow the adage "If you can't do the time, then don't do the crime"!
